Gracewell of Camberley is a warm caring environment although my mother suffered from advanced Alzheimer's she responded well to all the carers and nurses. Our whole family was welcomed into the home so we could be with mum whenever we wanted. The management were compassionate and efficient with handling
all the practicalities. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Gracewell of Camberley home.

As far as my sister and I are aware our mother was very well cared for. The staff were excellent always treated her well. They were also very supportive to our family. We can't thank you enough.

My husband has only been a resident at Gracewell for three and a half weeks but already I know that he is comfortable and safe. It is a tremendous relief to know that he is being looked after by such dedicated and caring staff. It was a wrench to have to put him into a care home after 58 years of marriage
but he kept falling and finally was unable to stand on his own. However, Gracewell is proving to be a very sound choice.

An amazing place - Mum came in at short notice in June 2017. She has come on leaps and bounds all down to the most caring, considerate, professional staff at Camberley. She loves them all and not a day goes by without her saying how lovely it is there. God Bless you all.

Very friendly care home with a very welcoming atmosphere. Plenty of staff always on hand. All staff have a polite nature to them. Would recommend this care home to someone.

Care assistant bleepers ideally should be on vibrate if optional as when visiting this causes anxiety to residents making conversations very difficult (public areas e.g dining room)

I have recommended to all my friends with old mums and dads. All visitors we have are very pleased with the place.

I was very happy with the kindness and care given to my Mum during the last few years of her life. She was dependent on others for everything and the staff were excellent in looking after her. Mum's room was also bright and comfortable and the home was a lovely place for her to spend her last years.

Just a wonderful care home.
First class - everyone is so caring.
They look after our mum perfectly as they did to my late mother in law who was in Abercorn House.
A lovely home - it does not feel like a care home.
Perfect in every way.
All staff are amazing.

From the day our daughter in law arrived into your care, until her very last day, she was treated with total care and extreme dignity in all aspects.
Whenever a question was needed to be answered, there was always someone there for both her and her family.
The whole family would endorse our words
that if ever there was a care home to be proud of, Gracewell Camberley was/is that home.

My mother has been in the care of Gracewell of Camberley for 4 years. She has and is, loving the most excellent care. She is not easy, the carers are patient and kind. My father was transferred to the home following a diagnosis of a terminal illness. During the time he was in the home he received excellent care and support and was treated with great dignity and kindness.
My sisters and I were also very well cared for and supported when we visited him. He was
only there for 3 months but was well cared for during that time and his death was made as comfortable and pain free as was possible.

I think the home is stunning. Appreciated probably more by visitors families than residents. Sometimes it appears there are too few staff. Also, requests for things don't get done when requested i.e. Fingernails need cutting, not done had to remind. Also, rooms not left tidy, on occasions stains on
carpets already not removed. Tray table often sticky. Drinks not replenished often enough. Most of the staff are delightful and very willing and friendly.

Excellent care home. Cannot be faulted great staff both nursing, caring and management. All the facilities spotless and brand new.
Food excellent. All relatives and guests welcomed at all times. Excellent communication between staff and residents/relatives.

My mother-in-law has been a resident since March 2015. Before she became a resident we had viewed other homes in the area. They did not have the facilities for care and the stimulation that was provided at Gracewell of Camberley. My wife and I were so impressed with the home that we have told the family
that if we have to go into a home to make sure we go to Gracewell of Camberley.
