Dad has been a resident here for six months now. In that time, he has settled in and made friends with staff and residents alike. The food is of an excellent standard, and he attends certain activities that are of interest to him. He always puts his hand up for the trips our, it bird world. The nursing
care he receives is proactive and at the same time, supportive. They always call with any issues - big or small.

My uncle is being looked after brilliantly and is loving living at Signature at Camberley. The food is fantastic, and he is particularly enjoying the activities on offer. Thank you to the team for making his time there so enjoyable.

My father has been in Signature at Camberley since the beginning of the year, and we couldn't be happier with the care and attention he has received. I would highly recommend this home to anyone considering placing a loved one or relative into care.

We were welcomed in reception and offered coffee and biscuit in the lovely foyer. We were greeted in a similar way upstairs. The staff we met were all efficient, pleasant and helpful. The resident's welfare was discussed with us. I was very impressed by the outside areas, which were attractive and welcoming.
I hoped to visit again, but sadly our family member died. Thank you for our experience with you.

My husband has been here since September 2021 after having a bad time in another care home and six weeks in the hospital. We were shown around, and he came to the best home you could wish for. Every day is a special day, St Patrick's, VE Day, Easter, Christmas and Valentine's, all have been celebration
days. Every day he does something, even though he has dementia.

My brother was so well cared for at Signature for the last 12-years. He passed away in March. The staff were always caring, and nothing was too much trouble for them. They did their best to always make sure he was comfortable and happy. It was a lovely place for him to live. Thanks to all the staff

I have been a resident here for 3-years now, and the service and care I receive are second to none. I am totally paralysed, and I have everything I need to help me through the day, a lovely private room decorated with my own pictures and photos and a view and access to a beautiful well-kept garden.
I have 24-hour care at hand if I need it, and the carers and nursing staff are always so friendly and helpful, some of whom I can honestly say have become good friends.
The building is open and bright and kept always spotlessly clean. The dining room is like a restaurant, and there is always a variety of meals and snacks on offer. Also, they have a lot of different activities throughout the day if people want to partake.

My mum was end of life, but the care was excellent, so kind and gentle. You accommodated a very large family to be able to visit and spend time with our mum. Our mum wasn't able to enjoy the wonderful atmosphere. Thank you all so much.

Signature at Camberley was Dads home for 3 and a quarter years. He was treated with love, respect and dignity during his time there. The staff and management made visitors and residents feel at home and very welcome. Dad had the very best care at Signature, and his family felt confident and secure that

My mother has had a second respite stay at Gracewell of Camberley. Having worked in the care industry for over 40 years and having worked as a regional director of care home facilities I can honestly say that this home is outstanding in every way. The care and compassion showed to my mother and us as

Our parents came to Gracewell in October 2019 as our mother was finding it increasingly hard to look after our father in their own home and needed daily support. Our father died in the home in December with us all around him and being quietly supported with care and consideration by the staff. We are
so grateful to have had that support. They helped ease the way for him and us all over the last couple of weeks of his life.
Our mother stayed on in the home for a few months to regain her strength. She enjoyed the company of others in the home and was involved in a lot of the activities run by the lovely staff. They really do try to make it a real home for everyone staying there. All of the staff that looked after our parents showed genuine care and friendship and we are very grateful to you all.

Like so many families, I needed to find a care home for my elderly mother at very short notice in early 2019. Having quickly visited 8 other homes in the area, it was immediately obvious to me, from the minute I walked through the front door, that Gracewell was the perfect solution for Mum. Not only
are the rooms and facilities spacious, homely and very clean, but the management team and all staff are superb, with an effective and wonderful team spirit. I am kept well informed at all times and they have an excellent and varied activity programme. Most importantly to the family, Mum has been very happy at Gracewell since the day she moved in - and loves the food!

Mum moved into Gracewell at the end of January after several inpatient admissions to hospital. We were looking for a home that would provide Mum with the care she needed and give us peace of mind that she would be well looked after. As soon as I stepped through the entrance to Gracewell I knew Mum would
be happy here. Everywhere is bright and airy - an essential as Mum has AMD and her vision is much better within a brighter environment. All the corridors are light and spacious and the rooms are a very good size, kitted out with lovely modern furniture and furnishings. The staff are extremely welcoming, putting Mum at ease when she first arrived. She has thrived in their care and having daily activities has kept her occupied during these difficult times of the pandemic - and although we have been unable to visit we know that she is in the best place. We are so grateful we found Gracewell of Camberley when we did!

I have been so impressed with how Gracewell of Camberley has handled things during the COVID crisis. They took fast and comprehensive action to protect residents and staff. Whilst it has been difficult not being able to visit, the home has set up video calling so we have at least been able to see each
other.
Now they have opened for visitors, the process is again comprehensive and inspires confidence. From being checked on the way in, issued with gloves and a mask and my aunt's room set up so as we were the required distance from each other, every step of the way, you feel safe. And the fact the home closed to retest everyone after 2 weeks of visits, and the results were clear, demonstrates to me that their provisions are working incredibly well.
The home has been endeavouring to keep residents well entertained and spirits up during this period, which can't be easy but, from listening to my aunt, they are doing a fabulous job!
I would not hesitate to recommend Gracewell Camberley.

Mum has been at Gracewell for one and a half years and her care has been excellent throughout. The staff are attentive and friendly... happy to do anything to help and always very skilful and caring. The rooms and facilities are beautifully appointed and clean and the life the residents have here seems
calm and relaxed. Over the last difficult months, the staff have excelled and their organisation has always been well communicated and ahead of the game. Even visiting Mum last week for the first time in months was brilliantly well co-ordinated, safe but still friendly. Mum has Alzheimer's and dementia so is not really aware of what is going on outside but she has never had any anxiety throughout the whole period which is such a comfort to my brother and I.

My dad has been a resident of Gracewell’s Camberley since Autumn 2019. He has vascular dementia which is progressing and had been living in his own bungalow before he moved to Gracewell’s.
The care and attention he has been given since he became a resident has been excellent. The nursing, carer and
support team are amazing and keep in close contact with me.
They’ve worked hard to gain Dad’s trust and when I visit or Facetime him I can see that he’s comfortable and relaxed and is being given high-quality food and the best of professional care.
Amazingly, they’ve kept Covid-free during these difficult months. Well done team!
My dad is very important to me and knowing that he’s safe and is living in an environment that is reminiscent of a luxury hotel means that I know that I’m making the right decisions for him.

When I first visited Gracewell of Camberley, I was unsure. I felt it was too big and therefore impersonal for my father. How wrong I was! He moved in just before Christmas 2018, he has been made to feel so welcome by all staff. The care he receives is second to none. My reservations about it being
too big were completely wrong.
Alongside his fantastic care he receives, Gracewell also offers great entertainment and activities to keep the residents busy, if they want.
It was a difficult decision to put my father into a care home but I know he is well looked after by a fantastic team of caring, friendly and professional staff.

My mother has been a resident at Gracewell for over 4 years. The staff at Gracewell are caring, conscientious, and thoroughly professional in their day to day tasks with her. She is treated with compassion, dignity and respect and nothing is too much trouble for them, however busy they may be. We are
kept up to date throughout with any issues that may occur and informed of what actions are going to be put in place. It is a great comfort to my family and I, that the care my mother receives is down to the management, nurses and carers who provide such a peaceful , but fun environment.
Furthermore, I would not hesitate if asked, to recommend Gracewell to any potential relatives who were looking for care for a loved one, as they have maintained a very high standard of care on all levels throughout my mothers time there.

My wife has been a resident of the home for over 20-months. She has advanced Alzheimer's and is wheelchair-bound. I have found all the staff caring, friendly and professional in the way they deal with my wife's needs. The rooms are kept clean, tidy and are of a reasonable size. The laundry services
are very good, as are the restaurants, food and services. When you enter the home, you are met by a light, bright reception area. All the management offices are located here, which is ideal. The reception staff are friendly and knowledgeable. All the staff work as a team, which is important. The only gripe is the car park is not really large enough.

The care provided for my father is tailored to his needs and wishes. Changes are needed from time to time and this has been well managed. Both he and I are very happy with the surroundings, the staff and the activities which are laid on. As a family member, I appreciate the freedom to visit at anytime
day or night. All staff get to know and understand the residents and I also appreciate that my father's carers have got to know me too.
