My mother-in-law has been a resident since March 2015. Before she became a resident we had viewed other homes in the area. They did not have the facilities for care and the stimulation that was provided at Gracewell of Camberley. My wife and I were so impressed with the home that we have told the family that if we have to go into a home to make sure we go to Gracewell of Camberley.
Your feedback is important to us, as is the care and well-being of all of our residents. We take great pride in ensuring we deliver high-quality care and facilities to make a difference to our residents and their families lives.

Sometimes the buzzer from a room calling reception desk can be disconcerting as they go on too long.

If a resident was going out by car or ambulance, they had no chance to get cold or wet, straight out the door under the cover of the porch and into the transport. Now they have a few yards to go in the open.
The cinema is the largest entertainment area, it's shape and furniture is not as practical as the old building, impossible to cater for the big events they used to have. I am at the home 4 to 5 times a week.

Staff and facilities superb. Staff very sympathetic to patient's needs. We were very happy with what we saw at this new care home.

No diabetic food/pudding options
Dining area - placement of pull cords not suitable for wheelchair users.
I feel all the hard working staff are overworked and what is expected of them is far too much. They work long hours. I think they are all lovely people and I thank all of them.

The nursing home felt spacious and had a sense of stillness on entering. Rooms were reasonable size. ALL staff were communicative and gentle with the patients.
The home and staff are a credit to your organisation. They go that extra mile to care for their patients, and we are happy in the knowledge that my son is receiving the best possible care.

Meet the Team (4)

I began my journey as a Carer in 2008, progressing through roles like Senior Carer, Dementia Manager, and Deputy Manager before becoming General Manager of a residential care home in April 2024. I took over Camberley Woods Care Home in December 2025 and I am dedicated to providing a high-quality service, tailored to the individual needs of each resident. I have an excellent team that works hard to ensure that our residents get the best care and that all of their needs are met to the highest standard.

I am delighted to have joined Signature Care Homes in my role as a Customer Liaison Manager at Signature at Camberley. I have come from a background of customer service, and very much look forward to utilising these skills in a care home environment, offering support to prospective new residents and their families, as they search for a new lifestyle and peace of mind in their surroundings, supported by the best team of caring and dedicated staff.

I joined in 2018 as an activities assistant, I quickly came to love being able to brighten peoples day through finding and providing meaningful activities. I have since started my new role as the Activities Coordinator where I now organise and manage all the weekly and special monthly events for our residents and truly enjoy my job here. Our home looks after over 80 residents, all of whom are special and enjoy a wide range of interests and activities.

I have been working here for over 16 years. Our residents are one of a kind and I take great pride in ensuring everyone is in a clean, safe and happy environment. Myself and my team enjoy being with the residents every day, getting to know everyone individually to ensure we can deliver a truly personalised experience.
