We found all staff extremely helpful and obliging and our wishes acted on immediately. We found management couldn't do enough to help with the transition of our daughter being admitted.

Since this home was taken over, the prices have risen, which we were told was due to a staff wage increase. We are aware that the staff have not had a pay increase for some time. There are staff shortages which have impacted the care of our mother.

There was a price increase in January 2024 following an annual review, which was in line with inflation. This does happen every year and which after several years with us, the family would have expected. The increase was based on several inflationary factors and was not just about staff wages which at that time any increases had not been concluded.
There are no staff shortages and we are still very proud of our home's reputation for not using agency staff.
In the years Mum was with us there were never any concerns raised over her care and we were all sad to see her leave and would welcome her return at any time.

The home is always bright and clean and the staff are welcoming. I had lunch with Mum every day and I was impressed with the range of food and the presentation. Every single staff member I met was respectful and genuinely seemed to care about the residents. I live in Canada and it was reassuring that

The lady looked after Mum very well.

My wife was a resident for just over two years. Having known the home for many years as volunteers, it was where she wanted to live. The staff were excellent in their care for her to her demise. They also treated me with care and consideration above what I would have hoped. For that, I thank them profoundly.

Mum has been at Pembroke House for four years now, and it’s turned her life around. After her partner passed, she was very isolated, but since moving in, she has a new lease of life with so many optional activities going on every day to cater for all tastes. Families and the local community are well
integrated into the social calendar, with frequent invites to social events onsite.
Pembroke House is beautifully appointed and always immaculately clean, both in communal areas and resident suites. It’s such a pleasure to visit. And Mum's bedroom/lounge suite enables her to choose whether to socialise or entertain/spend time alone in her own space.
The dining experience is first class, with a good range of menu options beautifully presented. Staff are always so kind and friendly and take pride in what they do - Mum is well cared for and treated with dignity at all times.

My husband has been a resident since 24th January this year, following a stroke and ongoing dementia. We have been delighted with the treatment my husband has received st Signature. Dad is receiving excellent care at Signature at Camberley. He has settled in well on the reminiscence and is content and happy. The nursing staff are highly professional and very helpful and also show care and understanding for my mother, who visits regularly. The family enjoy popping in and spending

My mum moved from the hospital to Signature following a fall. Signature care prioritises the residents' care to ensure they receive the highest quality care, support, therapies, nurturing and kindness. We felt Signature was the best place for Mum, and it is meeting all our hopes. Mum is settling in
well and, in a few weeks, is healing well and happy. Thank you, everyone.

Overall, excellent standards and services. Activities were beyond what I imagined - animals, pub, outdoor cinema - brilliant. Activities staff great. Food was very good, the choices were good and the wine. Staff couldn't have been friendlier.

My experience at Signature at Camberley was entirely positive. I arrived after a traumatic three weeks in a Frech hospital with a fractured femur and wasn't able to walk for four weeks. I leave feeling so much better, walking with only one crutch after complete and loving care, food, freedom, and very
able to sit in the garden and patio. The staff, without exception, were real carers.

My friend has been in Camberley for over two years. She loves the carers and nurses, who look after her wonderfully. She can't do many activities anymore but loves the entertainment ladies. Food is also excellent; I've tried it myself.

On arrival at the care home, we were greeted very nicely and accompanied by a guide, which provided direction and details perfectly. Cleanliness was constantly being updated, and staff were always checking. Exercises areas always being clean and rubbish removed. Food is of high quality, and everybody
is very social. I am very happy to live in this home and will stay as long as possible.
