Thank you for taking the time to review us. As we discussed on the telephone, the windows are now fully functioning which has alleviated the issues regarding temperature during these hotter days. Temperature sensing and retention in our older residents is complex and they do not feel or control the heat in the same way as staff and visitors which is why we do not install air conditioning in every communal space. However, I do appreciate it can be very warm. I am so glad that you are pleased with the care provided to your father as we strive for excellence at every opportunity.
