It is finished and furnished to a high standard offering a homely yet first class spacious environment with plentiful landscaped gardens and a large pond featuring Koi carp.

My wife is being cared for (vascular dementia) in a most considerate and satisfactory manner by excellent care staff who treat her in a loving and dignified manner.
She enjoys a pleasant environment in most satisfactory surroundings and her quality of life is maintained as effectively as possible.
I am able to visit regularly and find a welcoming situation at all times. I am content that my wife is receiving efficient and high-quality care.

My mum was a resident of Gorseway Manor Care home for 15 months before her passing, they were brilliant in helping her adjust from independent living to becoming part of their family. It was reassuring to know that Mum was well looked after as I live in Scotland and was not able to visit personally
very often. The staff were professional and caring, nothing was too much trouble. Her final years were happy ones.

The staff are all very kind and friendly. There is nothing they wouldn't do to make my mother comfortable.
When my mother passed away, she was treated with kindness and dignity. Her room was turned into a haven of peace with scents, music and lighting.

My mother came to Gorseway Park for what turned out to be a very brief stay of end-of-life care. The staff at Gorseway were outstanding in their care and respect for Mum. They were also outstanding in their care for us as Mum's health rapidly deteriorated and they prepared us for what was ahead. The
nursing staff in particular were brilliant.

My mother came to Gorseway Manor after an extended period in hospital: skeletal and without the muscle power to care for her own personal needs. The staff have nurtured her back into robust health: she looks great having "filled out", she has become increasingly mobile and has built up some stamina.
Staff are patient and able to assess their elderly people well - so Mum has been gently encouraged to be as independent as possible for her own well-being. Everyone is welcoming and cheerful. The home is always clean and orderly. The personal care taken to ensure individuals' needs are met is consistent. It is wonderful to know she is safe and content.
I would recommend Gorseway Manor without hesitation.

My mother moved with us to Hampshire in August. Finding good quality care was essential because my mother had complex care needs and I wasn't in a position to offer her 24/7 nursing care. We found Agincare, Gorseway Nursing Home Hayling Island and a vacancy was available just when we needed it to. Now
my mother lives a two-minute drive from us and I see her regularly the staff are very caring and professional. Together we have navigated through some difficult times to get my mother stable and settled - which she is! I could not have done this without them we are incredibly grateful we have no hesitation in recommending this nursing home.

In the last 6 months, there has been a new cohort of staff who are extremely caring. The dining area is a calm environment and clients appear to be content with staff engaging with them. My parents-in-law always look will cared for and staff make sure they sit together each day which they look forward
to.
The staff also engage with relatives and make them feel welcome.

The administrative and nursing staff are friendly, kind and thoughtful. The home is clean and tidy, the residents are clearly well looked after and the location is beautiful. Further, parking is easy, and the grounds are kept very well.

The team are caring and considerate and take really good care of my father. They are always able to deal with short notice requests, and I am confident my father is safe and happy. He has complex needs and they have dealt with these well.

Overall, I am satisfied with the care my wife receives. She is kept safe, warm and clean. She is well-fed. Staff are always professional and courteous. They responded well to concerns I have raised and they demonstrate care for me as well as my wife. If I have concerns they are in two areas. 1) I believe
that there is a discrepancy in the level of care provided by staff. Some go the extra mile, some just do the basics. 2) I am concerned that my wife spends too much time on her own as she doesn't like the lounge. More frequent visits to her room would help.

My friend has settled in well at Gorseway Nursing Home. He is very happy with the staff; they are all very friendly and helpful. The nurses are particularly efficient. His room is kept clean and tidy, and the laundry service is excellent.

Many thanks to all of the staff at Gorseway Park for the care provided to my dad during his assessment period following discharge from hospital. Every effort was made to make him comfortable and to keep him calm for what was a very challenging time for him with his condition. Everyone there was friendly
and approachable to help with any questions.

I have both my parents at Gorseway Nursing Home, they have been treated with care and sensitivity. The staff have responded to any concerns that I may have raised promptly and appropriately. I believe that this is due to the fact that the care staff are well led and all the staff do genuinely care about
