Overall Experience

As a visitor I am always made to feel welcome, given tea and comfort/reassurance. As the daughter of a resident I am kept informed of changes and small celebrations. There are lots of opportunities for me to involve myself in the life of the home, summer fete, coffee mornings, bingo! I receive newsletters and photos. My mother receives great care. The staff know her and her needs very well. She is treated with respect and kindness. She loves her carers and they return feelings of warmth and fondness.

Overall Experience

In general communication OK but could be a little more forth coming with information about resident and health/medication being administered. Staff all very friendly and pleasant to talk to. Always get tray of tea and biscuits on our visits. They keep the place very clean and fresh, would recommend others to visit and look around.
