I have worked at Foxholes since March 2017 as the Deputy Manager but have worked in the care industry since 1997.
I am responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, overseeing the care side of life, and supporting staff training. I have a passion for End-of-Life Care and Moving and Handling, ensuring that we promote our residents’ independence in regard to their mobility as and where practicable and ensuring that our staff is trained to maintain their own and our resident’s safety.

This experience, combined with my apprenticeship and the founding of a community-focused company, shaped me into the compassionate and driven person I am today. My mission is simple: to ensure every resident receives the same love and care I gave my grandmother.
