Brunswick Court welcomes nursing, residential and dementia stays, convalescence, palliative, and respite care. It can also provide care for people living with Parkinson's or Huntington's. Residents can stay for however long loved ones need support. They’ll get to relax and meet new friends, giving complete peace of mind.

Purpose-built, Brunswick Court has many comfortable lounges that are ideal for socialising, relaxing or welcoming visitors. All bedrooms are en-suite with walk-in showers. Double rooms are also available for couples or those wishing to share.

The home is well placed in a quiet residential area of town – close to the centre of Watford, and Cassiobury park which many of the residents enjoying visiting during the summer months.

There’s a real sense of community at the home. Having its own large activities room and dedicated activities team, allows Brunswick Court to offer a 7-day activities programme. The staff work to discover what residents enjoy doing and the home's social calendar is organised around those interests. So whether loved ones already have a hobby or would like to take up a new one, there are lots of exciting activities to get involved in. Anyone is welcome to pop in and join in, whether a friend, relative or loved one.

The chef takes a personal approach to diet, and meals are catered to individual tastes. There are always cold snacks and alternatives available throughout the day. This home is open to local authority funded residents, get in touch to find out more.

My husband went to Brunswick Court for nursing and palliative care. Sadly he was only there a couple of weeks before he passed away. I am just so thankful that we managed to get him into Brunswick Court as the care given was second to none. From the interim manager, HCA's, nurses and cleaning staff
who were all amazing, caring and supportive not only to my husband but to myself and all our family and friends. Thank you from us all.

Nicely presented accommodation but which unfortunately does not make up for the general lack of care my mother experienced, eg staff either washed and dressed her before 6.30am or after 10 am. Once no one came at all. Staff did not refill the water jug despite frequent requests. The quantity of food
was insufficient. There was little communication between staff and my mother, despite her being fully compos mentis. My mother simply wasn't checked on often enough by staff or management and any requests she made were simply ignored.
She was generally neglected. The care group is definitely not value for money.

They have all been extremely kind and thoughtful. Brought me all I need. They are very good to offer all I want. Very kind.
Even though it was a short stay, I appreciate everything that was done for me.

Since being transferred from hospital in November 2018 I have found the staff at Brunswick Court most helpful and they have always treated me with care and dignity. My room is excellent as are the facilities and the food and drink. The meals are excellent. I would recommend this care provider to friends
if they were to need similar care or treatment.

The staff at Brunswick Court showed such empathy and love for my mother-in-law from the day she arrived to the sad day she passed away.
She struggled with the diagnosis of terminal cancer and the staff especially the two carers who continued to show her such compassion.
As a family, the pressure of
watching a loved one die was made easier knowing she was receiving exceptional care.

My sister-in-law was made very welcome here. She loved her room. It was very easy to visit at any time. She enjoyed the activities, having her hair and nails done. My Dad has been here for just over 1 week. Initially, he was on the ground floor but it was a bit quiet for him. He has been moved to the first floor and is much better for him with lots going on. The staff, carers and nurses have been exceptional.

My Mother was a resident at Brunswick Court from February 2017 until April 2018. Her care during this period was exemplary! The staff from management to the lovely lady who kept the home clean were respectful, caring and loving in some cases. We were always greeted with a smile, a hug when needed, no
matter what time of day we visited. Mum was happy at Brunswick and looked on her key workers and nurses as her family. If I were ever incapacitated I would willingly be at home there. If you are looking for a Care/Nursing home for your loved one look at Brunswick!

Caring, compassionate and considerate are the mainstay of every member of this professional team.
Catering, laundry, maintenance, admin and nursing care are professional at all times.

Very clean. Always has a lovely fragrance when entering the building. Fun activities and organisers, with a varied programme of activities. Plenty of lounges. Staff are very helpful. Would recommend home. Rooms are very spacious ensuite.
