The staff are amazing and very caring and loving - they take such good care of the residents and take the time to get to know them individually. The home is also very beautiful, lovely rooms, stunning grounds. This is a wonderful care home.

Overall Experience
My father has been a resident at Tenterden House for several years and has been very well looked after especially considering he has difficulties in many areas.
His physical and medical needs are well maintained and addressed.
Staff explain procedures frequently, reassure him and listen to his views.
Staff also encourage interaction between residents. As a result, my father has shown interest in others - he has found this difficult in the past.

The beautiful gardens have been a source of pleasure as my father has always enjoyed the outdoors. The food is of a good standard too.
