The carers are happy and doing a good job, also provide us with refreshments.
One staff member in particular, very active in including all, in the entertaining and social events, even when some residents can be difficult to engage, she is persistent and it pays off.
Really enjoy bumping into one of the maintenance team assistants, he always very polite and on point.
He speaks to the residents when able in his work, he is an asset to the team.
Another staff member in particular again professional and informative.
All in all, happy with my Aunt's overall care at a challenging time thank you.
Thank you for your positive review, your aunt is a pleasure to care for and she loves to join in our activities. I will pass on your positive comments to all of the team.
Eaton Lodge Nursing Home have been amazing with my mother. She recently moved in there, the care and attention they provide her is superb. All the staff are very welcoming when we visit and we receive regular updates by email in between our visits.
Thank for your excellent review. Your mum has been so much fun, she has been making birthday cards, singing beautiful songs as she was in choir and joining in all events. I shall pass on your excellent feedback to all the team.
My dad hasn't been in Eaton Lodge long but the team have made him feel very welcome. We have all been informed of activities and care was taken to fit the right ones to my dad. A really lovely service offered to residents. All the staff are lovely from cleaners to management and are really approachable. The personal care and meeting all his needs have been exemplary to date.
Thank you so much for your all excellent review. Your dad is always smiling and enjoying activities especially the singer singing Crazy by Patsy Cline at our Country and Western party. I shall pass on your thanks to all at Eaton Lodge.
Eaton Lodge is a superb care home with wonderful staff to match. The meals are varied and nutritious and the environment is cosy and homely. I know my Mum is being well looked after and she seems content and happy to be living at Eaton Lodge.
Thank you very much for your positive review. Your mum loves to join in activities including quiz, proverbs, crossword, listening to all music especially Abba and she loved the singer singing country and western songs in the lounge with us all. She also enjoys lunch with us and is happy.
Dad went to Eaton Lodge after a short spell in hospital, where he was deemed too frail to return home. He was only there for a few weeks before sadly passing away. During this time, he was not the easiest of residents, being depressed and often grumpy. However, the staff at Eaton Lodge were very kind and patient. Whenever we went to see dad, the staff were always very welcoming and were keen to tell us how dad was doing and what he'd been up to. My mum, my sister and I all knew that dad was in good hands. We are very grateful for the wonderful care and attention that dad received during this difficult time.
Thank you very much for your positive review. Your dad loved the singers and joined in with all the fun. I shall pass this on to all the team at Eaton Lodge.
My mother was in Eaton Lodge for the last few weeks of her life. She could not get out of bed. As a scattered family, we were kept informed and helped to keep in contact in person and using the phone. The staff were very proactive in looking after Mum. They also reacted to our concerns with the best solutions possible. Although she was receiving end-of-life care, I received photos of her having a hair cut and a chiropodist also visited her. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every day was a meaningful one for Mum; they looked through her photos with her and wanted to know all about her. She was kept clean and pain-free. I couldn't have asked for more.
Thank you so much for your excellent review. Your mum was a nice lady who enjoyed listening to our singers and having a daily chat and a cup of tea always with a smile. I will pass on your thanks to all at Eaton Lodgex.
He looks forward to all his meals which he thoroughly enjoys. The staff ensure he is able to participate as much as possible in all special events and activities - craft activities are brought to his bedside; visiting singers/therapy dogs visit his room much to his delight.
The staff are always very friendly, kind and welcoming when I visit. Such a lovely, happy atmosphere.
Thank you so much for your kind words. Your friend enjoys all activities, especially pet therapy and singers and enjoys chatting with everyone and also loves the food.
The staff are friendly and caring. Mum reports that they are lovely and look after her really well. She likes the chef and is asked what she would like. Activities are inclusive of those who are bed-bound.
I shall pass on your positive feedback to all staff.
My friend has been here for two years and is very happy here.
Thank you very much for your friend's positive review. He loves to laugh and chat and enjoys pet therapy and all parties. He enjoys lunch with everyone and loves listening to Strauss.
I have found all the staff to be friendly and welcoming. I have visited my mum now for around 3 months and cannot fault the staff. Always offered refreshments and even remembered how you have your cup of tea. Could thank them enough for making my mum feel safe and happy.
Thank you so much for your positive response. Your mum and family joined in our parties and games and pleasure to care for. I shall pass this on to all our staff team.
The food was delicious and served piping hot.
We could not have asked for a better place for her.
And I thank all the staff for doing what you did.
Thank you so much for your excellent review. Your partner was a lovely lady. I shall pass on your thanks to all the team
Attended the Halloween party and had a wonderful time, a first-class singer, and lovely staff. The food was absolutely perfect couldn't have wished for anything more. Look forward to many more enjoyable events. Will see you soon.
Thank you so much for your excellent review. It was a pleasure to enjoy our Halloween party with you and our lovely residents, family and friends and one of our amazing singers. Look forward to seeing you on 24th November.
My dad spent his last few weeks, surrounded by his family. The care home were very accommodating and made every effort to listen to our wishes for our dad. The atmosphere in Eaton lodge was very much a family feel, and this made my father's time comfortable and less clinical. I would like to thank everyone at the home for making his last few weeks as peaceful as it could be. The respect and dignity he had, will always be remembered by all his family.
Thank you very much for your excellent review. It was a pleasure to look after your dad and he was happy listening to our singer sing his favourite songs.
Thank you so much!
Thank you so much for your kind words. Your grandad is always happy and a pleasure to care for. I shall pass on your message to all of our lovely staff team.
My sister has been in the care home for two and a half years now. Overall, she has received a good standard of care. She is bedridden, so I can only comment on her room and her personal care. Her room is basic but adequate for her needs. She is always clean and tidy when I visit. She enjoys the food and is always given a choice. The staff are pleasant and approachable.
Thank you for your positive feedback. Your sister is always happy and likes to read her books. I will pass on to all of the staff team.
Everyone has been extremely warm and welcoming not only to my father but to my family as a whole. My father's individual needs and interests are adhered to which has made a very difficult time all the more manageable
Thank you for your kind words. I will pass this on to the team. All the best.

All staff are very patient and really make the effort with the care and needs of the individuals. When it's the residents' birthdays they make them feel very special. Food is well presented and tasty. The home in general is tidy and clean.
