My Mum was resident at Elvy Court for 7 years. The care was always good, but since the new manager was appointed, the quality of care and the atmosphere of the home has improved so much. The staff are absolutely amazing, caring, welcome, polite and always helpful. My Mum's medical condition started to deteriorate and Mum had the best care we could ever wish for. The manager was so involved in her care and she comforted us as much as she could. We just knew Mum is in very good hands. A big Thank you to everybody for all you kindness and care .

My father was resident at Elvy Court for short period of time. The staff were brilliant, making him to smile every day and making us feel home. The manager was so supportive and professional we couldn't ask for more. When Dad passed away shea was with him and this gave us so much comfort. A team of Angels.

My mother moved in just before Christmas from another care home. The transformation in her has been remarkable. Before Christmas on my last visit to her at her old care home she was lifeless and difficult to understand what she was saying. Now since moving and just a few weeks she is a joy to go and visit. Happy, plenty to say and very funny. Things to do in the activity room, off down into Sittingbourne town center, even being taken to the pub for lunch. Everyone working at the home are very friendly and you can see that they really care. They only disappointment is she did not move here two years ago. Thank you all very much.

We chose this home after looking at about five others. The lady in the office gave us all the information/price we needed and this was on a weekend! She showed us around. The move from hospital to the home on the homes part was efficient. From day one we were welcomed and my mum was settled in well. The room was clean and tidy and kitchen staff were all professional and very caring. They kept us all well informed of mums condition. In her last days she was treated with great care and dignity as were we. I would recommend this home 100%.
