Elvy Court is modern, light and well managed. The staff are caring and attentive. The rooms are a good size with nice views. There is a very nice coffee/tea area and a private T.V/Movie room. Overall I am very happy with the care and facility for my mum.

I find the care staff during the day to be very caring and helpful. All staff from reception to the kitchen always call me by my first name and the kitchen staff often make something else if my friend doesn't want what is on offer for lunch.

On behalf of our family, please would you accept our most grateful thanks to everyone within the Elvy Court organisation for the wonderful care and compassion shown to dad whilst he was in the comfort of your nursing home the past 14 months. Can we also say thank you so much for, without exception, our family and friends were always made really welcome on our visits, treated very warmly and considerately by the staff. My dad, whether seen on Facebook or on our visits, we saw him contented and most often with that lovely smile that we all knew so well. Thank you so much.

Teegan is the Deputy Manager at Elvy Court Nursing Home, having built her career with Avery Healthcare over the past seven years. She began her journey at Elvy Court as a Healthcare Assistant and, through dedication, hard work and the support of the team around her, has progressed through a number of roles including Senior Care Assistant, Home Trainer, Unit Manager and, most recently, Deputy Manager.
Throughout her journey with Avery, Teegan has continued to develop her knowledge, skills and confidence, achieving her Level 2 qualification, Level 3 Access to Nursing, Level 4 Lead Practitioner qualification and, most recently, her Level 5 in Management.
Teegan is passionate about supporting residents to receive safe, personalised and compassionate care, while also helping colleagues to develop and feel confident in their roles. Having experienced her own career progression within Elvy Court, she understands the importance of providing staff with the encouragement, opportunities and support they need to reach their potential.
Looking back over the past seven years, Teegan is incredibly proud of how far she has come and grateful for the opportunities Avery and Elvy Court have given her. She is excited to continue learning, developing and contributing to the Elvy Court community in her role as Deputy Manager.
