My Uncle was only at Elvy Court for a short time before he passed away, but whilst he was in Elvy Court's care he was looked after extremely well and was happy. The staff I met and spoke to on the phone were caring and kind and I cannot praise them highly enough. Thank you.

I wish to thank the staff for the care given to my father whilst at Elvy Court.
He stayed there for at least three years.
Unfortunately, he contracted the Coronavirus and passed away soon afterwards.
During his last few days, no-one left his side for which I'm grateful as for obvious reasons
family couldn't be there for him.

Thank you.

Elvy Court is modern, light and well managed. The staff are caring and attentive. The rooms are a good size with nice views. There is a very nice coffee/tea area and a private T.V/Movie room. Overall I am very happy with the care and facility for my mum.

My mother entered Elvy Court for end of life care. Unfortunately, she was not there for more than one week, but the care she received in that week was amazing. All staff were kind, caring respectful. They were nothing short of extraordinary in their dealings with my mother, and they made the last few hours bearable. I would wholly recommend the nursing home without hesitation.

I find the care staff during the day to be very caring and helpful. All staff from reception to the kitchen always call me by my first name and the kitchen staff often make something else if my friend doesn't want what is on offer for lunch.

Really lovely place, staff are attentive and friendly and go out of they're way to help residents and make the place feel like a home. The facilities are first class and everything is spotlessly clean.

Nurses and Carers at Elvy Court are supportive, kind and respectful to both residents and families. They have a difficult job to do and do it well.
The Activities team do their very best to involve residents in activities they will enjoy.
All admin, kitchen and domestic staff are friendly and helpful.
We are so pleased that we moved Mum to Elvy Court in March 2018 from her previous home. The care she receives at Elvy is far superior.

Thank you to everyone at Elvy Court.

My mother has been in Elvy Court for a year now, she loves the food and the carers can't do enough to help her. The activities lady deserves 10/10 for her commitment towards the residents having fun. She really is a superstar.

My mother is well cared for and has never been unhappy there. There are about four regular carers my mum has who know her well and she finds this comforting with the familiarity.

My mum has been in the home now for over 2 months.
My dad is elderly and spends most of the day with her.
The care shown to my mum has been wonderful and my dad is well catered for also.
They are both looked after by a lovely team of nursing and auxiliary staff.

The facilities are very nice, the room is kept lovely and the food is very good.

On behalf of our family, please would you accept our most grateful thanks to everyone within the Elvy Court organisation for the wonderful care and compassion shown to dad whilst he was in the comfort of your nursing home the past 14 months. Can we also say thank you so much for, without exception, our family and friends were always made really welcome on our visits, treated very warmly and considerately by the staff. My dad, whether seen on Facebook or on our visits, we saw him contented and most often with that lovely smile that we all knew so well. Thank you so much.

The staff are very caring and professional. It's sometimes difficult to cater for everybody's likes and dislikes, but they do try hard.

The rooms are freshly decorated and clients can have their possessions around them. I believe this helps. The staff organise events to encourage clients and visitors to mix socially. These are always a success. Well done.

My mother was transferred to Elvy Court following a fall at her own home in which she broke her hip, and despite surgery, my Mother was unable to regain her ability to self-support. Advanced vascular dementia and increasing inability to eat, meant that she was unable to return home.

The staff and management at Elvy Court gave my Mother excellent patient-centered care, keeping her as comfortable as was possible and making every effort with huge patience to assist with her meals. Her room was clean and well equipped for her needs and it had a pleasant outlook. As frequent visitors, all family members were met with friendship from the staff and in my Mothers last days, we were made to feel welcome to spend anytime day and night at our mother's bedside, with the use of the staff kitchen to make ourselves drinks as and when we needed them.

My sister and I had visited all care homes in the area ahead of our Mother being admitted into Elvy Court and are absolutely certain that we had made the right choice.
