We are sorry at the time of your mum's, respite stay with us, we did not have a larger bedroom available and continue to accommodate her needs with us at Emily Jackson House. We do hope your mum settles in well at the alternative facility you have chosen for her. We have taken on board the comments that you have highlighted about the decor and currently have our project teams reviewing areas in the home.
