Although with all dementia patients you are aware there is going to be a decline in their health but staff and management always listen to your concerns and try their best to implement any requests relating to your relatives care. Sometimes staffing levels do seem to be at a minimum but everyone does their best to attend to residents needs

My 98 year old mother was transferred to Bradbury House from Hospital 10 days ago. This is a big challenge for my mum as until 2 months ago mum was mobile and enjoyed trips out. Now mum is bed bound. This is all new to me and the family too. The staff are so caring and nothing is too much trouble, they are like extended family. Mum's room is lovely and cosy with a lovely view of the trees.
