It is our plan that once the refurbishment is complete, we are looking at further enhancing Apetito, by hopefully employing our own chef. In regard to the food, we acknowledge that the historic catering experience was not to the standard we wish to achieve and as such we have introduced a catering service to support us in improving our overall dining experience.
