A close friend of mine was admitted to Bradbury Care Home. He had a wonderful & comfortable end of life care/experience.

His room was fresh & airy with a wonderful view of gardens & woods. All the staff I encountered were friendly, helpful, and professional. I have no hesitation in highly recommending.

My Dad moved to Bradbury in July 2024. I was appreciative that Management and Staff members worked with me to ensure he could remain in the area he had lived in for so many years and also be close to my Mum while she was alive. Bradbury house is light and clean and rooms are of a very good standard. There are 2 lovely outside areas where residents can sit and enjoy the gardens.Food is of a good standard and Dad eats and drinks well.
The Management and staff are cheerful and caring and are responsive to any questions or requests I have. At his last birthday they decorated the room I had booked for family - without being asked to - this was much appreciated by us all. I appreciate the many demands on Management and Staff members who maintain professional and non-judgemental at all times. Activity schedule is varied and includes special activities around seasons/holidays/national days.

Reception staff are welcoming and excellent ambassadors for Bradbury House.

I find Bradbury house to be very friendly and my husband is happy to be there. He likes the familiarity of the staff and that seems to have been more stable of the past few months. I have occasionally had to query some of his medical issues. Prescriptions being delayed. I wish the irritation he has with his skin had been prioritised sooner. This is probably more to do with the GP.

Dad moved into Bradbury House in August 2025 as he was no longer able to receive the care he needed in his own home. Staff do an excellent job and offer support to family of resident as well as the residents themselves. Mum feels settled and I know she is well looked after. Although with all dementia patients you are aware there is going to be a decline in their health but staff and management always listen to your concerns and try their best to implement any requests relating to your relatives care. Sometimes staffing levels do seem to be at a minimum but everyone does their best to attend to residents needs

My 98 year old mother was transferred to Bradbury House from Hospital 10 days ago. This is a big challenge for my mum as until 2 months ago mum was mobile and enjoyed trips out. Now mum is bed bound. This is all new to me and the family too. The staff are so caring and nothing is too much trouble, they are like extended family. Mum's room is lovely and cosy with a lovely view of the trees. The whole Care Home is kept very clean. Thank you for welcoming mum and for the really kind way that you look after her.

My husband moved into Bradbury House Nursing Home, Aylesford in August 2025 for respite care whilst I was having chemotherapy treatment and necessary recovery. He was there for 5 months. Whilst there he was extremely well cared for. The staff were so kind to him and made him very welcome. His room was well equipped with everything he could possibly want and was always kept so clean. The meals were varied, suiting all tastes and the Christmas lunch was superb. Activities were varied and a lot of fun, some being cleverly devised to give residents some exercise as well as enjoyment.

I would highly recommend Bradbury House.

I would like to share my positive experiences regarding the care my partner is receiving at Bradbury House Nursing Home, Aylesford.
It truly feels like living in a four-star, fully inclusive hotel. The food is excellent-well-presented, home-cooked, and served in the dining room. The rooms are all very airy, featuring large windows and en-suite facilities, each equipped with a television, making them very comfortable. The care home also offers a variety of full activities throughout the day, and the cleanliness is consistently excellent, maintained to a high standard.

All of the staff are incredibly friendly and approachable. They genuinely care for the residents and create a warm, welcoming environment. My partner is very happy there, and I am more than satisfied with the level of care and support he receives.

My dad moved into the home in December 2025. All staff from day one have made him and us feel welcome, safe and cared for. They go above and beyond on a daily basis. The activities calendar is excellent and varied. My dad eats well, always tells me how good the food is.
And when he's sundowning at 4am, the night team get him a cup of tea. Knowing he's safe means I can finally get sleep too.
The laundry is super quick, the care team make dressing and showering a nice experience for him. And reception staff are great. The admissions team made it feel more like a chat and helped with the forms.
It's been the best thing for my dad.

I have no complaints.

My mum has been a resident at Bradbury House for just over two years.
The standard of care she receives is very good as is communication from the staff .
Mum took a few months to settle in and now considers Bradbury House her home.
We know that any worries or concerns are immediately addressed.
I really like the layout of the home and it always has a good atmosphere with plenty of activities going on.

Having looked around at ten plus nursing homes I can honestly say that BH is the best that I've seen.
