Throughout the years, I have honed my skills and gained invaluable experience in managing a care home and I have demonstrated my unwavering commitment to the wellbeing of the residents.
My journey in the healthcare sector began shortly after completing my nursing qualification in Zimbabwe. Eager to make a difference in the lives of others, I found myself drawn to pursue a career in Elder Care. I joined Newington Court in 2017 as a Registered Nurse and I worked my way up to a management position. I enjoy staying up to date with the latest developments in the healthcare sector and networking with other professionals.
I value the opportunity to exchange knowledge and ideas that aim to enhance the quality of care that we provide.
I find fulfilment in leading my team to provide exceptional care and support to residents. It is a pleasure to interact with our residents and their families whilst ensuring that the home’s high standards of cleanliness are maintained at all times.

Tiffany joined Newington in 2021 as a Senior Nurse. She is a very experienced nurse and was promoted to Unit Nurse Manager on our Memory Lane unit in January 2022. She has now been promoted to Deputy General Manager. As well as superb communication skills that have enabled her to develop a good rapport with residents, their families and staff, she possesses excellent observation skills and is knowledgeable and driven.

The wellbeing of our residents is my priority, and I believe it is essential to offer a wide selection of activities which benefit the residents physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially.
