My mother's life was made so much more comfortable and happy whilst at the 'home' with you in Little Court. The staff were incredibly sensitive and caring, all the staff were interactive from the housekeeping team, catering staff, to carers/nurses and recreation staff. She was treated as an individual,
and when her journey came to an end, I was supported and kept fully informed. Thank you all.

Little Court has been caring for my mother for two years. During this time, my visits have always seen the excellent care that Little Court and their team provide. They all recognise my mother's needs and respond to them with their expertise and love. My questions about any care or health problems are
immediately dealt with. I genuinely feel that they care for their clients and their families and I am very grateful for this. After my visits, I leave with a peaceful heart and mind.

When visiting my brother we are always made welcome by the staff who are very polite. More often than not we are offered a drink and some space to talk to my brother alone. He always appears clean, shaved and in good spirits. There is not a lot to stimulate him mentally, although this may be different
throughout the week. Overall the home is a safe and clean environment offering a good standard of care.

Little Court has proved to be everything my family and I wanted for my husband's care. Bright, airy lounges overlooking the garden, comfortable bedroom.
A varied diet and most importantly, good caring staff who treat him with dignity.
We are so pleased we chose Little Court, it has such a warm family

During the 4 months my mother received nursing care at Little Court, the team of staff were always professional, caring and industrious, more than happy to help and kind.
Little Court always seemed clean, cheerful and welcoming.
The food looked appetising and appealing. Staff kept us informed.

we had to leave after visiting we knew mum was in good hands.

The quality of care and professionalism shown by all staff at Little Court was excellent.
I was very impressed by the staff's patience and dignity which my mother experienced.
Despite being initially reticent about being in a nursing home, my mother was full of praise about her care during her short

I cannot fault the care my husband is receiving.

Recent management upheavals although sad have not reduced the quality of care at Little Court which is exemplary. The atmosphere in the home is "homely" and not clinical and staff show a real care about residents. Fortunately, there are some very loyal long-standing members of staff who have supported
the owners well. They are to be valued. The partnership works well and the two homes form a good team. We are very happy with the quality of care given to our relative. Well done! Little Court is a really good care home and we feel very welcome every visit.

It was an honour to spend two weeks respite care at Little Court.
Staff made me very welcome and my newly decorated suite was wonderful. It was humbling to watch staff handle the residents, some with dementia. It really felt like home and I wish them the very best in the future. Well done!

A friendly welcoming home which takes care of my mother's many needs impeccably.
Nothing is too much trouble. All the staff are caring in their approach to all the residents. I always feel welcome when I visit or phone to speak to my mother. She is happy in the Little Court and feels valued. A truly
excellent home. I feel fortunate to have my mother in such a lovely place.

On the whole, we are very satisfied with the care of our mother. At times we feel that more regular toileting and mobilizing could be improved to prevent pressure sore problems.
Maybe a higher level of training in relation to dementia care for some staff would be beneficial to improve the management
of specific problems that crop up with dementia.

Little Court is in a very quiet and pleasant location. All the staff are very kind and caring. The activities lady does a very good job at keeping the residents entertained. The food is excellent and residents have a good choice of meals. Visitors can stay for lunch and sample the food for themselves.
All the bedrooms and public areas are kept very clean and tidy.

I have found all the staff at Little Court to provide excellent care. They are extremely attentive and conduct themselves in a most professional manner.
There is a real sense of family in the home and each resident is cared for according to their need. I feel that I can rest easy, knowing that my mother
has 24 hours of excellent care and is treated with respect and dignity at all times.

I have worked in healthcare for over a decade and have been a registered nurse since 2007. Have vast experience in different nursing departments.


Being part of MG Homes, I and our multi-disciplinary team of nurses, carers, domestic, and kitchen staff, will work together in order to deliver the best person-centred care to those we support.


I have been part of the MG Homes team since 2014. I started as a Registered Nurse, in 2016 I was promoted to Deputy Manager, and in 2018 to Manager.

My role over the last 8 years has been to work with our residents to improve their quality of life by regularly asking them what they would like to include in our plans.


My most recent achievement involves one of our lovely gentlemen who had lost a lot of strength in his legs. He came to me and asked if I could help him walk again. We started off slowly with some gentle movement and then started to incorporate resistance training and fall prevention exercises. Now he is able to walk with the aid of a Zimmer frame.


I love my job; every day is different, every resident is different and at the end of it I feel like I have made a difference.

I moved back from Wales over ten years ago and wanted to get a job so I could use my property maintenance skills. For 10 years I worked as a Maintenance Manager at MG Homes. I love my job; it gets me involved with the residents and I am happy to contribute to their well-being by keeping their rooms nice and tidy.


My best achievement so far is receiving compliments from residents and their families about the appearance of both homes, communal areas and residents' bedrooms. I have recently moved into the position of Facilities Administrator, and there is a lot of administrative work behind the maintenance. I continue to enjoy my work and improving the lives of residents.
