Happy nursing home that is always clean and friendly. My only negative would be too many changes to staff, too many agency nurses, who are not kept up to date with residents needs.

My sisters and I have been touched by all the staff at Little Court. Each and every one had a special role to play in mum's care over the last 18 months. Dedicated, loyal and an abundance of love and care from each and every member of the team. We can not thank you enough. It felt like home to mum and

All the staff are fantastic so kind, caring and always have time to listen if family need to chat. Little Court is spotless, cleaners do a great job. Activities lady is amazing. Laundry staff always ensure my sisters washing is kept up to date. Food is nourishing and plenty of it.

I was made welcome when I first arrived and I have found that the care staff are very kind and are happy to help. There are always members of staff on call, day or night if needed.
Little Court is in a lovely peaceful setting. There are also various activities to take part in and an activities person
will also visit patients in their rooms for a chat which is a nice thing to do for people who are bedridden.

Compared with many care homes that I have looked at in the mid-Kent area, I would classify this home as being between good and very good. Care, food and activities all appear to be very good. My only less positive note is that the building and its contents appear to be getting a little tired.

My Brother and I were very impressed with the care provided to our 93 year old Father. All staff, with exception, treated residents with care, consideration, dignity and respect. Nothing was too much trouble, visitors were welcomed and offered the opportunity to have lunch, the food is very good. We
cannot recommend Little Court highly enough, a truly exceptional care home.

My father was a resident at Little Court Nursing Home from June last year until his death in December, during which time he was treated with kindness and dignity, as were we especially in his last weeks of life. Although he was bed bound and had little quality of life, the care he received here would
probably be difficult to better, he was always clean, well shaven and helped with his food and drink. The new activities lady would also come in to see him fairly regularly and chat with him.

Having visited a dear friend who was a resident at Little Court for a year, I cannot fault the incredible care she received at all. Each and every one of the amazing staff at the home are compassionate, understanding, caring and unfailingly cheerful, even in what are sometimes difficult circumstances.


The home is always spotlessly clean, even though it is not the smartest or most modern residential home available, but in my opinion, as an NHS nurse, it is about the care your loved ones receive, not about every modern convenience, and Little Court delivers 100% every time.


I would have no hesitation about recommending Little Court as a lovely, welcoming home, with totally wonderful staff.

I have found the staff to be very caring to my mother-in-law since she became a resident in March. They are showing tremendous support in her final days and treating her with dignity. They have been very welcoming to me as a visitor and are cheerful even with the situation as it is. Please keep up the

The staff at Little Court cared extremely well for my father during the last 5 months of his life. When he was nearing the end they came in to turn him regularly and were so gentle and kind. It was incredibly moving. I'm so glad we found Little Court so that Dad could be so well looked after in his
last few months, and also so that Mum was relieved of caring for him herself, which had become increasingly stressful and difficult for her. It meant that the time they did spend together was quality time. Thank you to all the staff at Little Court, Mum and I are so grateful.

Mum moved to Little Court in May 2017 so not had a review yet., Staff have spoken about how much weight she has lost although she eats very well.
Early August 2017 and we had a review. Mum has put on 2 pounds, she eats well and also little and often. The staff take care and mum always looks nice in
the way they dress her etc.
Nothing is too much trouble for them. I would recommend Little Court - 100% no problem.

I have worked in healthcare for over a decade and have been a registered nurse since 2007. Have vast experience in different nursing departments.


Being part of MG Homes, I and our multi-disciplinary team of nurses, carers, domestic, and kitchen staff, will work together in order to deliver the best person-centred care to those we support.


I have been part of the MG Homes team since 2014. I started as a Registered Nurse, in 2016 I was promoted to Deputy Manager, and in 2018 to Manager.

My role over the last 8 years has been to work with our residents to improve their quality of life by regularly asking them what they would like to include in our plans.


My most recent achievement involves one of our lovely gentlemen who had lost a lot of strength in his legs. He came to me and asked if I could help him walk again. We started off slowly with some gentle movement and then started to incorporate resistance training and fall prevention exercises. Now he is able to walk with the aid of a Zimmer frame.


I love my job; every day is different, every resident is different and at the end of it I feel like I have made a difference.

I moved back from Wales over ten years ago and wanted to get a job so I could use my property maintenance skills. For 10 years I worked as a Maintenance Manager at MG Homes. I love my job; it gets me involved with the residents and I am happy to contribute to their well-being by keeping their rooms nice and tidy.


My best achievement so far is receiving compliments from residents and their families about the appearance of both homes, communal areas and residents' bedrooms. I have recently moved into the position of Facilities Administrator, and there is a lot of administrative work behind the maintenance. I continue to enjoy my work and improving the lives of residents.
