When visiting Grandad recently for his birthday, I was very pleased, he seemed happy and well cared for. The staff were very friendly and the home was very clean. Grandad's room was very clean and tidy.

My dad went into Maidstone Care Centre three years ago. At that time dad was quite poorly, I cannot believe the change in him. He is happy and the staff say he is always smiling. I cannot thank the staff enough for the care they have given my dad.

In all the visits, I have observed very friendly and helpful staff and contented residents. My most recent visit was in April for my grandfather's birthday and I was very impressed with how the staff celebrated and shared his special day with not only our family but also the other residents making us feel very welcome. On this particular occasion, you successfully put a sparkle back in my granddad's eyes, which shows he's happy and I believe being well cared for.

My Aunt, who is not the easiest person, has been made very welcome by all of the team. They are kind, patient, caring and efficient.
It's such a relief to me and all of the family to know that she is cared for so well.

We all feel that she couldn't have found a better home.

The quality of care my mother receives is outstanding. My mother is extremely comfortable and the dedication the staff show is second to none.

The centre as a whole has made my mothers stay so amazing there is nothing they won't do for her.

My Nan has been in multiple homes and has been bruised and deteriorated pretty quickly. Nan went into this home a year ago while on her 'final stage' of dementia. She is now singing and eating again! Everyone is so polite, calm. professional and helpful. I truly don't believe my Nanny would be here if it wasn't for that fantastic team!

The transition from hospital to care home has the potential to be a difficult time but the kindness, service and attention to detail by members of management, administration and staff has enabled the new resident along with family and friends to undergo this process with ease and confidence. We are all very grateful for the help and advice provided and would have no hesitation recommending others to benefit as we have.

I have been living at Maidstone care centre for few months and I love it. The staff is brilliant. I am still a very active person. I am still able to go out into the town and buy my stuff, the activities coordinator is always available to go with me... I could not say better about this place. Is definitely the right place for people like me to enjoy their life, being active and at the same time having the support of qualified staff ( very kind staff I should say).

Our aunt recently moved into Maidstone Care Centre. It has been rather traumatic for her and us, however, the staff at the home have been brilliant! They have supported both my aunt and us adjust to the change. She is now settling well and we cannot praise the care she is receiving highly enough.

I’m proud to be the General Manager at Maidstone Care Centre and passionate about creating a warm, supportive and welcoming environment for everyone who lives and works here.

My experience within the care sector includes working in the community as an Area Manager, managing Live-In Care services and previously being a Registered Manager within a care home setting. I hold an NVQ Level 5 in Social Care, and throughout my career, I have always been inspired by helping people enjoy the best possible quality of life.

What I enjoy most about my role is supporting the team to deliver outstanding care and knowing that, together, we can make a genuine difference to residents and their families every day.

One of the things I love most about Maidstone Care Centre is the team spirit. There is a real sense of warmth and dedication from people who genuinely want to be here and are passionate about caring for others.

Outside of work, I’m a Tottenham Hotspur supporter, and in 2024, I challenged myself to climb Mount Snowdon. I’m inspired by always striving to be the best version of myself and staying true to who I am.
