The strength of the centre was its staff. All were caring and kind, respectful towards Mum and to us; they spoke gently and were mindful of our feelings. The advance care plan was set in place and activated as required. The registered nurse and the manager offered support and kindness through a very difficult time, and I cannot thank them enough for helping us during the final days.
After the noisy and harsh environment of the hospital, this was exactly the setting we wanted for Mum. I would not hesitate to recommend this care centre.
I feel my nan is very well looked after, the food menu is brilliant, a very well balanced diet.
Every time my family and I come in to visit we get welcomed.
They don’t have a time limit or visit times which is very helpful as we all work different hours.
