Maidstone Care Centre

My mum was treated with respect, kindness and dignity during her time at Maidstone Care Centre. The staff were welcoming whenever we visited and took the time to get to know my mum in order to support her properly with her dementia. We feel lucky to have found such a caring and considerate home for our mum.

My Mother in law has been in the Maidstone Care Centre for 6 years. She has always been well cared for and the standards of care have been good.

My mother has been in the home for over 6 years. We have never had cause to complain about any issues about her care and wellbeing. The staff are very professional as well as caring.

The care team are friendly and caring and able to deal with quite complex needs (which my mum has). Rooms are modern and clean and the general atmosphere in the home is calm. We didn't get a say in the home my mum was placed in but we're very happy that she is in Maidstone Care Centre.

Thank you also to the maintenance manager at the care home, who worked very hard and kept the home and gardens in good order. Also, the activity coordinators who provided a good range of daily activities for both residents in bed and in the lounge.

Great care. Staff excellent. Facilities are good with lots of entertainment for the residents. My father has a nice room and receives excellent care. The staff know him and his needs and he seems very content and we know he's safe.

Patient is very content and feels secure in this environment.

Maidstone Care Centre is an excellent care home. The management and staff do an incredible job to make sure the residents are cared for at the highest level. I have yet to see another care home that I would prefer a loved one to be a resident at. Thank you, MCC.

My mother-in-law was recently admitted to this home. It has such a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff were hard working and always had time to help. We could even take the dog with us which was so important for her as she loved the dog.

The Maidstone Care Centre is a well-run nursing home with good facilities for residents. The staff are caring and helpful and the residents' rooms are of a high standard.

From the very start of my mother-in-law's stay with you, we found the staff to be caring and sympathetic. In her early years on Penbury she was treated with compassion and consideration. After her stroke in February 19, she was bedridden and the staff were kind to her and very gentle. My mother-in-law was afraid as she had dementia and forgot that people were wanting to help. The staff were aware of this and were extremely kind. At the end, they supported the family and it was a dignified end to my mother-in-law's life.

First-class care and support to both the resident, my mother and family. Management and staff welcoming and friendly, with a calm and caring environment. Clean and comfortable facilities. Highly recommend.

Very good care home. Kind staff, well run, good atmosphere. Clean environment. Always kept up to date with health issues and with social service checks. Would recommend to anyone looking for a kind and caring environment for their loved one.

My mother was a resident here for approx a year up to her death in August. The staff and facilities have been excellent both to my mother and her family. We have always felt welcomed. During the last month of my mother's life, the support given was fantastic and will not be forgotten. In summary a great home and great staff.

I wish my mother-in-law was still there, believe me, it wasn't our choice in having her moved.

I bought a quilt and 2 quilt covers and pillowcases in and these are not used. The quilt is folded up and is stained and needs washing. My relative has a sheet covering her.

The staff here are therefore well chosen. Kindness, patience and understanding shine through.

My mother was moved to this care centre from hospital after a fall, she had given up. The staff have helped her back, being moved from hospital ward to dementia ward. Since being on this ward she has improved in eating and joining in with activities.

I am very satisfied with the care my wife receives at your care home. The staff are always very happy and polite and have a very caring nature towards my wife and other residents. It certainly puts my mind at rest knowing she is being well cared for.
