They are doing a good job.

My mother in law was very well looked after with care and compassion by all the staff. The home has a wonderfully warm and welcoming feeling. The staff are so very caring and cheerful, always have a smile for everyone.

Excellent staff with a very caring day to day routine. My dad was very comfortable and not in pain throughout his palliative care. My thanks and thanks from the rest of the family.

The care staff were very good at helping my mother to transition from independent living in a care community. The care staff have been friendly and warm and welcoming. They have been quick in dealing with emotional and medical issues. They have been flexible and accommodated my mother's dietary and personality issues.

A real home from home. All the staff are friendly, caring and so helpful. My dad is relaxed, happy and comfortable. The food is very good. He is cared for so much better than I could at home. The staff have kept us informed all the time and really care about my dad.

My mother has resided in Whitstable Nursing Home for the past year. She has improved greatly in health and wellbeing which is due to the ongoing dedication, care and support given by all the staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Any health issues are acted on promptly and I am kept informed. Various stimulating sessions take place and the home often arranges to have outside entertainment come in, public holidays are celebrated with enthusiasm when visiting my mother we are always made welcome.

I so enjoy going to see her as I feel all the staff are like my friends.

My mother has received excellent care since arriving at Whitstable Nursing Home, almost three years ago. My mother appears to be very happy and relaxed. I think that the home provides a very good service and there is a very happy, family atmosphere. The home provides a very good food menu and wonderful activities. The hard-working staff have great empathy with the residents.

I find it a very good home with friendly and supportive staff.

Since the introduction of social events at the home my sister has shown great improvement and is more relaxed, prior to this she very rarely was dressed and didn't leave her room and seemed lonely.
