For £6450 per month, this is absolutely appalling. This place has 56 rooms, even at the lowest price, they make £300,000 per month, let that sink in.
The carers are lovely which is such a shame.
If you need a care home, I would choose one that actually does basic cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep.
Thank you for taking your time to write us a review. We are really sorry to receive this feedback about our service, it is not at all at the high standard we provide. We use all feedback we receive to ensure we continually offer a high standard of care for all our residents. I would really like to...
My mother has been here for several months and seems very happy there. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The care they give is excellent, always supporting the less able residents. Also, there is quite a bit of parking here which is useful when you have to travel.
We are very proud of the excellent care we deliver at Middletown, so your comments will be very much appreciated by our hard-working team when I pass your kind words onto them.
My mother stayed here for several months. Nurses were very helpful and very professional. The home is well managed. The environment is very friendly and very homely. The security is high. I am happy to recommend it.
I'm very happy with my experience of living in Middleton Grange.
That is really wonderful to hear and we will continue striving to providee you with a very Premium Service!
I'm very happy here.
We are very glad that you are happy here. My team are very privileged to have you living here.
Although my husband was nearing the end of his life and became very depressed, he still was able to enjoy the benefit of a wonderful caring staff. Having a lovely room with a fantastic view of the garden and watching the television.
Thank you for your review. We value all feedback as this helps us to improve our overall service. We are honoured to be in a position to provide the care required to make your husband stay with us as comfortable as possible, and thank you also for your positive comments regarding our home; and the...
During lockdown, the pod facility in the garden was a great blessing.
Thank you Middletown Grange for your care, kindness and professionalism.
The first time I visited Middletown Grange looking for a place for Mum, who needed nursing care - after visiting many others, I was so impressed straight away with the facilities, the gardens and knowledge, kindness and respect the staff showed to each resident. I knew she would be able to still have a life and not just live there. Five years on, I cannot thank everyone enough for the support, time and attention she was given. I would not hesitate to recommend Middletown Grange.
My mother was resident in this home for four years until her death earlier this month. The whole environment was geared up to give care to the residents. When she first arrived she was greeted by all staff, from the receptionist to carers to cook in such a friendly way, she immediately felt 'at home'. We could not have asked for more for her last years. We are just very grateful that we chose Middletown, and we would thank all staff for their care and attention and their professionalism at all times, day and night.
A beautiful home set in a lovely setting with a delightful garden space where live entertainment can take place during the summer. When I visited the home I found all the staff extremely caring, friendly and helpful.
Fabulous home, who look after the clients with dignity and respect. Always smiley staff. A great rotation of activities and meals to keep things changing and stimulating for the clients. Highly recommended.
Thank you very much for your kind words. We are delighted with your review and this definitely puts a smile on everyone in the team.
The care home were able to accommodate my husband at short notice. He received exceptional care whilst here, and unexpectedly, his own abilities deteriorated yet his care was never compromised. The nurses gave their valuable time to his needs and he was extremely well looked after throughout his stay, including supporting him and the family when he became unwell and subsequently peacefully passed away. Huge thank you to the care home manager and the team.
Thank you very much Valerie for your very kind words. This means a lot to the team here at Middletown Grange who are always committed to providing Outstanding Care.
Kind, helpful staff showing skills with our mum. Great memories each time with visit and phone. Thank you all the staff.
We trust and feel that the staff are doing all they can in the current situation.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us. All feedback is much appreciated and is passed on to the team.
Staff are very friendly. The facilities are very clean and well specified. My nan enjoys the activities arranged by the staff. Lovely garden to the front.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It is such a pleasure to be able to look after your Nan, she brings so much joy to her fellow residents and the staff here.
Every time I have had contact with the management they have been fantastic and go out of their way to please us. My nan is very happy here.
We are so pleased that your Nan is happy here and that you feel so positive about the team here at Middletown Grange. Your Nan is a wonderful lady, it is a pleasure to have her in our care.
Mother went in for 2 weeks respite following a knee replacement. She was fed, watered and cared for with sympathy and understanding. She is quite a difficult patient and was suffering from depression but was treated well.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It is always a pleasure when we have a resident stay for respite and we can see how well they have progressed by the time they are due to go home. We wish your mother all the best for her continued recovery at home.
The whole experience was brilliant, from the very first phone call/email contact, and all through her stay. Despite not being able to visit much due to lockdown restrictions, it was such a relief to know that she was getting the absolute best care and support possible, along with all the comforts of home.
I can't praise the team enough, they were all friendly, helpful, kind and caring and took the time and trouble to get to know my mum - nothing was too much trouble and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Thank you all.
Thank you so much for your kind review. It was an absolute pleasure to look after your Mum and see her go from strength to strength with her recovery. It was wonderful to watch her confidence grow too. Hopefully, it won't be long until she can come back to visit us, we'll be sure to invite her to any of the events or activities that we put on over the coming months. Take care.
Excellent help at short notice for my mother. Check out could do with tightening up as medication and valuables left behind.
Very clean. Helpful staff. Excellent visiting operatives (though restricted due to pandemic). Updates re resident and home very good.
