Heathfield House

The links with professional services and the GP were excellent, giving us real peace of mind. What meant so much to us was the care extended to our whole family. My dad especially was always made to feel so welcome and always offered coffee with a smile. We will always be grateful for the love, dignity and support shown to my mum during her final few months and would highly recommend.

The staff are fantastic. They all looked after my mum so well. Kept me informed of any changes to her health. When I visited, they offered tea and coffee.

My father went to Heathfield House about 18 months ago, both he, his family and his partner and her family were warmly welcomed. Nothing was too much trouble, and staff kept us fully informed at all times. The staff were incredibly caring and kind. Dad settled quickly, and we felt reasured when Dad's condition deteriorated, the care he received was second to none. He was always clean & comfortable and had no signs of distress or pain. We will always be grateful.

Our family has been very happy with the care and love given to our father for the last two and a half years of his life. He was always treated with dignity. Heathfield House is a perfect environment for the elderly.

I was always greeted with friendly faces and politeness. The staff made sure I was kept up to date with any changes or decisions. Can't praise Mum's or my care and support highly enough, even at Mum's end of life.

She enjoyed her stay and is very happy to go back when we are away.

We moved my mother from another care home several months ago. She is much happier where she is and the staff and residents have all been so welcoming. Staff are all very pleasant and always quick to offer refreshments for us all. We are kept up to date with events and my mother participates in activities that she never would have before. Heathfield House is a safe and clean home which I would highly recommend to others looking to put a relative into a care home.

My sister has been a resident for over two years now and has received all the care from the staff for social and nursing during that time with the very high standard that is demanded of all the staff. We feel extremely grateful for their efforts in ensuring the residents are able to enjoy a normal life as is possible. Thank you all.

The overall care at Heathfield House is very good. The staff are caring, attentive and friendly. The management is good and the appointment of an activities organiser has been a good addition as many events and activities for residents have been introduced as have many photos on facebook! Although my sister is bed bound she is very happy with her care and she is monitored regularly.

Mum is very well looked after 24 hours a day by very attentive staff in a very clean and comfortable environment.
