Our mother-in-law has spent two weeks with you for respite care following a period of illness and hospitalisation that left her weaker than usual and in need of some "TLC". The whole process from admission to "release" has been excellent. The staff on reception, the management and the entire care team have facilitated her recovery and have helped get her back to near normal health. Many thanks for all the care and support.

My dear mother has been a resident at Hempton Fields nursing home for the past four years. She is 101 years old and able to participate in activities if she wishes or alternatively rest and snooze.
All the staff know her well and take time to chat to her even if they are only passing by.
She loves the food and is cared for beautifully.

I couldn't wish for a nicer place for her.

This was my second visit upon a friend. My overall impression of the home is that it is very pleasant and welcoming. Cosy, fits the description of the interior, which is furnished very tastefully. The members of staff who I had the pleasure of meeting are indeed a credit to the home. My only small criticism is that the outside grounds were rather untidy and in need of some attention.

My mother's care has been exemplary since she became a resident in April 2024. She is even taking part in the many activities the home provides, such as carpet bowls, yoga, boxing and dominoes! At 100 years old there is still something new to experience.

Mum has lived here for two months now and in her own words, she says 'you could not better this place and I do not want for anything!'
All the staff we have come into contact with, so far, from all departments - reception/admin/management/caring/catering have a genuine interest in Mum's welfare which is obvious to see.

Overall, there is a calm and welcoming atmosphere at Barchester Hempton Field Care Home and we know we made the right choice in choosing this home for Mum.
