I have found this home very caring and clean and the atmosphere is cheerful. I could not find a better home for my husband when I could care for him no longer.

I have only been in The Meadows for a few days. I was rather reluctant to go into any home, however, my reception could not have been better. I felt less anxious and very welcome straight away. Since then, I have been spoilt by all members of staff.
The Meadows is a very warm, clean and very safe environment. I may, however, put on some weight as the food is so good and plentiful.

Many, many thanks to all members of staff, you are marvellous.

Mum was a resident of The Meadows for almost six weeks. During this time she was always happy and well cared for. This provided myself and my family with peace of mind. The care was excellent and if there were any concerns, I would be contacted immediately. I felt she was safe and I could relax and enjoy my time away from her.

The Meadows is a very caring and pleasant home. My mother has always been self-caring until she suffered a stroke about 8 weeks ago. This is the first experience she has had in a nursing home and she was very anxious at first.

The staff and management have been excellent and had made my mother very welcome and she loves being in the Meadows. I live in Ireland and I can relax now knowing my mother will be well cared for.

I cannot fault the care that my dad received at The Meadows. All of the staff were very caring towards not just my dad but our whole family. Dad was a resident for a short space of time but was treated with dignity, kindness and caring right until the end. Even after dad's passing the staff are still very kind and caring as my mother-in-law is also at The Meadows so they all ask how we are doing. Wonderful experience at a very difficult time made bearable. Thank you, thank you all. XX

I spend a certain amount of time at the home with my husband. I am satisfied that the best care is taken care of my husband. Also, care seems to be taken of the other residents most seem happy in their own way.

The staff are always pleasant and helpful even under difficult situations. I know my husband can be a trial but he is managed very well, being given help to understand his situation as he only appears to respond to music.

There is a calm over The Meadows and no gripes. One could see everyuone is helpful. The idea of Didcot Meadows is the CEO's vision. The idea of commercial trust sounds good, in my view.

A lovely inviting place to visit. Friendly and always happy staff. My Nan is cared for well. It's always nice to go into the garden and play dominoes with a nice cup of tea and a cake or biscuits. Very child-friendly when my grandchildren visit also.
