Our Neighbour has need in the triangle for 2 years now suffering with dementia. The care and support that she received was second to none. The staff treated her like a family member . They not only care about her but the kindness and compassion to us was marvellous. The care home has just been taken
over by a company and the communication between the new company was great they have kept us informed on all the changes and what a lovely job they have done to. Right to the very end our Neighbour was cared for with love and dignity. A BIG thankyou to all the staff from the top brass to the cleaners you have all made our visits delightful and friendly. We will miss you all. Xxx

My mum has been a Triangle resident since 2017. The care has always been satisfactory but the home has always had a 'tired lok' since the manager took over as manager plus the acquisition by the group, there has been a very welcome improvement in both the fabric of the building and the general running
of the home.

I moved into the Triangleon the 19th July 2025 for two weeks respite after hip operation. I have found the care for me to be excellent. All aspects were food with the staff encouraging me to get up and walk go down to the diving room for lunch, ok they also made sure I received my medicines daily and
giving me meals in my room. More than once a day the staff would call in to see if I was ok etc. I had a couple of incidents which they dealt will incredibly well. I needed to be somewhere where I did not have to worry about meals and someone to talk to and I can say that The Triangle provided that.

The staff at the Triangle Home have been very caring of my sister, and have organised the NHS to come in and administer 'hydration' and medication. They keep her room clean and tidy, as well as tending to my sister's needs. My sister isn't very interested in food and drink, but they try to get nutrition
into her - and very generously bring me and visitors cups of tea.

Very friendly and professional staff. Nice room with tv and en suite. Kept clean and tidy.
Good menu with a variety of tasty meals and puddings. Drinks freely available.
Will definitely use again, put my anxiety at ease at leaving my husband for the first time.

I visited my mum in 2023 and came back now in June 2025 as my mum passed. My mother was very well cared for her 2-3 years at the triangle. The staff were all wonderful and showed much compassion while trying to make each day special. We were all treated very well when visiting, always tea, coffee, cakes
and biscuits. I would highly recommend this care home. Grateful that my mum was there.

My wife has now 3 1/2 years in The Triangle, following a degree of dementia, and stroke. The change of ownership of the home has just taken place: the transition appears to have been very smooth and a full refurbishment is being carried out remarkably quietly. There has been no break in the care, cheerfulness
and affection in which my wife is looked after by carers, household and management alike. The food remains good and cleanliness of the rooms is well attended to. The arrangement by which a GP attends weekly lends confidence. The single most marked deficiency in my view is the absence of a built-in arrangement for physiotherapy for all residents - which it would be good to see Gold Care consider in their strategy for the coming years.
I finished my career with the United Nations and so welcome that fact that, as most care homes, the staff are largely from other countries. One hopes that the new government measure to reduce immigration will not have an adverse effect on The Triangle and it's employees; and that, as the economy improves, the social welfare sector as a whole will be better resourced.

I chose this Home for my Mother, as it is close to where we live and we would be able visit her regularly, despite being aware that it 'required improvement'. However the Regional Manager convinced me that it would be improved, with a refurbishment programme already in place, and the recruitment of
experienced staff. However this did not happen whilst my Mother was a resident, as there was no Activities Co-Ordinator or Maintenance Staff recruited, so very few activities took place, and no refurbishment happened.
The Nursing Staff, and a few of the Carers that looked after my Mother were caring, helpful, and attended to her needs well. However with other Carers there was very little interaction, and a lack of attention to detail with regard to her personal comfort and needs. I had regular meetings with the Manager to review her Care Plan, however agreed improvements were rarely implemented.
The food was varied and generally looked appetising. I would not recommend The Triangle Care Home

We were, at the time, being sold to our now new owners and so plans for refurbishment and the focus on recruitment were sadly much out of our control. I am so very pleased to say that our new owners have already invested in a schedule of works that is underway and recruitment and retention of experienced and skilled staff is very much a focus.

What can I say? Excellent. The staff are the most important part to me, not the fact it's new. The care of my mother was excellent at Triangle. All staff showed her dignity and care as if looking after their own mother. The nurses, carers, cleaners and laundry were excellent. They are all professional,
hardworking and caring, including the office and management, being efficient and supportive. The only negative I can find is chipped paint and carpets needing replacing but with resources going on residents' care that is more important to me.

My father seems very content when I visit and all the staff are lovely and friendly. They are very caring and cope with my father's needs very well. I would definitely recommend the Triangle Care Home.

I am extremely happy with the care my father is provided with. From management to nurse to the caters, everyone is kind and caring. They give a very personal level of care to my father and keep informed. They have excellent flow of communication. Facilities are great and food provided is very tasty,
specially my dad loves his pudding:)

Mum was only at Triangle for three days, she was discharged from hospital for end of life care. During that time the staff at the Triangle were so helpful, kind and compassionate at a very difficult time for myself and my family. Thank you to all Triangle staff.

I wanted to record how grateful our family is for the care our Mum received at the Triangle. She passed last month in a safe, secure and loving environment characterised by amazing people doing an amazing job. She made genuine connections with many of the staff and my father, who was at her side all

A care home that's friendly, homely and caring, all the staff are gentle attentive and look after the residents well. Hygiene is very good and the residents have regular baths and showers all the home always smelt nice and clean, and the care home is warm, cosy and very welcoming.
My mother required
100 percent care and they fulfilled this adequately, her needs were always met and the regular staff faces which is a bonus was great for Mum as she was comfortable with them and knew them which in hand not only put my mind at rest but Mum's too.

On visiting the care home I have found the staff helpful and friendly, the home is very clean and tidy. Our resident has said the food is good and the staff look after her.

I have visited many care homes in the past for elderly family but none have come up to the standard of Triangle Care Home. The home is spotlessly clean, the staff are very friendly and caring. I was a little worried at first as it is quite a way to travel but after visiting the home several times, although
having to rely on other transport I am thrilled with how well she has settled in and how kind the staff are and encourage her in activities. Brilliant.

When my neighbour was moved to Triangle, I was initially concerned because it is quite a drive from where we live and I did not know the Care Home at all. But from the very first day, I have been nothing but impressed with the care my neighbour received up til her death. The nursing staff are dedicated,
knowledgeable and loving, and all the assistants are cheerful and efficient. The food was clearly particularly valued by my neighbour! Yes, the decor is rather tired compared to some of the snazzy brand new care homes around, but what mattered far more was the high standard of *actual care* given. This includes actual medical care, which was very good, and changes in medication meant my neighbour was much happier plus, in the final weeks, the Hospital at Home team came in.

Job Title: Home Manager Joined: 2024

With over a decade of experience, Robin has built a strong foundation in healthcare. Since moving to the UK in 2012 to begin his career as a nurse, he quickly progressed through various roles, becoming a Clinical Lead in 2015. Robin continued to advance in his career after moving to Andover to join the Brighterkind family and was promoted to Clinical Lead/Unit Manager in 2018. He then accepted the role of Deputy Manager at Hungerford Care Home, and now, he looks forward to bringing his skills and experience to lead the amazing team at Triangle Care Home.


In his spare time, Robin enjoys driving and spending quality time with his family, whom he considers his biggest achievement outside of work.


Robin is dedicated to ensuring that residents at Triangle Care Home feel comfortable, cared for, and safe every day. He believes that the key to quality care is empathy, kindness, and a commitment to going the extra mile for each resident.
