My father came to the care home just before Christmas with a broken arm, depression and self-neglect. He has been given fantastic care, three good meals a day (which he wanted to eat), physio and personal care. He is now a changed and happy person, walking, eating, clean and looking forward to going
home, confident to now manage alone.

My mother was a resident of this home for 7 months. Her life was transformed from the social isolation of community-based care to having a life again, in a caring environment with consistent staff and excellent leadership. Nothing was too much for the carers. They treated the residents with dignity,
respect, compassion, genuine caring attitudes and behaviours. The care and interest in the families of the resident was honest and transparent. Quick action when health needs changed. The social element of the home is good, the staff are well trained and this shows in their care of residents. Our mother wanted to return to the home from hospital to end her life which she did and had dignity at the end.

The manager and staff have welcomed my father into the Triangle Care Home in a warm, caring and compassionate manner. When visiting my father all the family are also given a warm friendly welcome. My father talks about the fantastic food and wonderful staff. We can be rest assured that he is safe and
being tremendously well looked after in a homely and warm environment. Huge credit to the manager for an extremely well-run practice thank you.

I was worried because my 94-year-old Mother-in-Law had not previously liked being in a care home environment, still cherishing what remained of her fading independence, and there was to be a long wait for a care package.


What quickly struck me about The Triangle was that she became unexpectedly very

happy.


I realised this was down to the wonderfully friendly attitude of the staff, epitomised by the Manager, who set an example which permeated the entire home.


All my reservations disappeared completely, and I witnessed my Mother-in-Law thoroughly enjoying her stay - something I never thought I would ever see.


The constant care and attention had made her totally relaxed, to the extent she actually stopped yearning for home, and would willingly have stayed.


Obviously, once a care package was arranged, my Mother-in-Law had to leave, but I have never forgotten the transformation The Triangle staff had brought to her state-of-mind, and for that, I will always be extremely grateful.

Would like to thank everyone at the care home for their care and compassion for my Nan's stay at the care home. She was very happy there. She used the words as soon as she went in this is just like home. That will always stick with me, as it such a hard decision putting a loved one into a care home.

My mum didn't want to go into a care home but when she found she couldn't look after herself anymore she decided to go to the Triangle and she loves it. She said it is like home from home.

There is only one problem at Triangle. On one occasion I only managed to park when a householder allowed me to park on her driveway. There is a business park opposite Triangle - it has a very large car park and there always seemed to be empty places. Would it not be worthwhile to see if they would allow
visitors to park there?

The home has been just great. All staff from top to bottom. Nothing is too much trouble. They keep you informed all the way. My father was having a short stay but was very happy while he was there.

The home is clean and comfortable with friendly staff providing good care.

Prior to my husband being placed here in an NHS hub bed my experience of care homes, which although were newer and physically more modern, were not a patch on the care and efficiency we experience continuously at the Triangle. The staff all work diligently to support patients, their families and others
on the staff. They seem like one big happy family and double their effort when short staffed (frequently). I find it distressing, therefore: I have gleaned over the 3-4 months visiting here that staff, especially support staff are so inadequately paid resulting in a constant turnover as they have to move to work with more realistic income to support their families. The staff here are gold dust - wonderful people. Do all you an to pay them better and keep them here.

My mother has been in the home for five years now, and although the care she received was good from the outset. I have been impressed by the way the current management team have succeeded in greatly improving the quality of care, the range of activities provided and enhancing the environment of the

I have been staying at Triangle Care Home as a liaison patient, half way between the hospital and going home. I have been made very welcome and feel at home here. The 24/7 nursing provision is excellent. I am very happy here and have no complaints. All my preconceptions about care homes have been dispelled
and I would now contemplate living in one later in life if I have to.

Having worked in a care home doing maintenance, I have been very much aware of the difficulties of providing care for residents and in my case, trying to ensure the home was in good order, safe, clean and a little like home. I found the building to be all of these and it was very clear that staff were
all ensuring they did their bit to keep it that way.


The staff from the manager and all others welcome you with a smile and if required will assist you to find and use the facilities that are available so if you arrive needing a cup of tea they will ensure you are given one or if your wish allowed to make your own.


Well, that makes it feel like home to me and as my mother was very much one who would get a pot of tea brewing when visitors arrived it is the same for her. Having arrived at many different times of the day I have found her records to be up to date and filled with useful information to ensure her care was ensured. It is clear all staff are doing their bit to make it home.

Can not fault this wonderful care home.
All the staff are lovely, really friendly and kind. Nothing is too much trouble.
I would recommend this care home to anyone. My uncle has been here a year and is really happy here.

Job Title: Home Manager Joined: 2024

With over a decade of experience, Robin has built a strong foundation in healthcare. Since moving to the UK in 2012 to begin his career as a nurse, he quickly progressed through various roles, becoming a Clinical Lead in 2015. Robin continued to advance in his career after moving to Andover to join the Brighterkind family and was promoted to Clinical Lead/Unit Manager in 2018. He then accepted the role of Deputy Manager at Hungerford Care Home, and now, he looks forward to bringing his skills and experience to lead the amazing team at Triangle Care Home.


In his spare time, Robin enjoys driving and spending quality time with his family, whom he considers his biggest achievement outside of work.


Robin is dedicated to ensuring that residents at Triangle Care Home feel comfortable, cared for, and safe every day. He believes that the key to quality care is empathy, kindness, and a commitment to going the extra mile for each resident.
