Despite all the problems with staff recruitment, the quality of care provided by the staff has been excellent.

An excellent atmosphere of caring and attention to details. Surroundings are first class.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of care shown to residents. Clean, secure and well-maintained premises. There was a good sense of calm and peace. Residents seemed comfortable and happy.

My mother was a resident of Ashley Park and since she passed away I have continued to visit her friends who are still there. The atmosphere is welcoming, friendly, professional and kind with residents, if they wish, participating in a wide variety of activities. Yesterday there was a threesome playing scrabble, some sitting outside in the shade chatting and the activity room was full of eager attendees. The staff are excellent and caring and it is a pleasure to pop in and catch up with the good friends that mum made whilst she was there.

Despite being very expensive, I find the manager and staff very pleasant and professional. This home reminds me of a hotel, which is a good thing.

Quite frankly you are the best and a great place for my father, who will be 99 in August, to spend the last years of his life.

Although the patient has had a stroke and is very elderly within her capacities she seems content. She is being well looked after and likes the room and the fact she can see out of the window.

There is always a welcome when we visit and the home has a friendly atmosphere. It is where we can relax with the person we came to see and the surrounding beautiful gardens are so beautifully looked after.

25th January 2018 my mother and I had a lovely time when we visited an old family friend who we last visited when my father was alive and mobile in the summer of 2015! After a long illness bravely borne Daddy passed away in February 2017 and we had not seen her for a long time. We were thrilled to find her looking well cared for and able to remember who we were. The receptionist made us very welcome and despite the fact that new carpets were being fitted we were accommodated in the lounge on a new carpet and served a very welcome mug of tea with milk and one sugar. Thank you!

My 90-year-old mother came in for respite care after she fell over and could not walk. Several weeks later when she was back on her feet, she decided to stay permanently. She is so much happier, enjoys the company and it is a pleasure to visit.

This is an excellently run care home. It obviously has superb management creating very happy residents and staff.

I particularly like Ashley Park because it is a small home in beautiful grounds (well kept) I know most of the staff (permanent) and find them all very caring to my husband. I have already recommended it to a couple of friends for their relatives.

Ashley Park has been incredibly supportive of my mother since she first visited for respite in November last year and later from February when she returned as a permanent resident. My father has very recently passed away and the care and understanding shown to my mother by all staff has been exceptional.
