My Dad who is bedbound is very happy at Coxhill Manor. Staff pop in to see him regularly, which he enjoys having a joke with. Everyone is so welcoming, its cosy and has a homely warm feeling about the home.

An amazing care home. The staff are very attentive, caring and professional. Always go above and beyond to make sure Mum is comfortable and safe. We are always welcomed with a friendly smile. Mum's room is always spotless and her clothes are washed frequently and put neatly away. She is treated with dignity and genuine care. We cannot be more pleased with Mum's care. The home is well furnished with a lovely area for coffee and cake and Mum has enjoyed the food on offer.

Its always a nice welcome coming to the home. The staff are always helpful, friendly and offer help should it be required. Mum likes the staff and gets on really well. The gardens are great and even in the winter the glass corridor allows mum to see whats happening outside. Would recommend to anyone.

Thank you so much to the team at Coxhill Manor. After initial hesitation about moving to a care home, my granny moved in 6 months ago and hasn't looked back since. The team are so lovely and thoughtful, making sure to keep a smile on her face and get to know what she likes. She loves getting involved in activities and making friends with other residents, the recent choir concert and summer BBQ have been real highlights. Seeing her enjoy activities she stopped being able to do at home has been amazing to see her spark return.

Reply from Stuart Lamacraft, on behalf of the team at Coxhill Manor

Thank you for sharing such lovely feedback. We're delighted to hear how well your granny has settled at Coxhill Manor and that she's enjoying being involved in activities and building friendships. Knowing she's regained her spark and feels supported by a team who truly know her means a great deal to everyone here.

Coxhill Manor is a great place. It's beautifully clean, smells great and the staff from top down dedicated and friendly, always welcoming. Food is excellent and beautifully presented, nursing care of a high standard. I feel the specialised dementia care for my mother is particularly good with great attention to detail, so much so she seems to be improving physically and mentally. I am very happy that she is being so well cared for as I live some way away.

Having to find a nursing home for Dad was a daunting task; we wanted the best for Dad, and in coming to Cobhill Manor, we found it. Nothing else compares to Coxhill, we found it and still find it an inviting, relaxing, homely atmosphere which suits Dad and his needs. The staff are all wonderful, from the nurses, carers and activity team, as well as the domestic team.

I've been visiting my friend regularly for nearly 3 years at Coxhill Manor Nursing and Residential Home and I can honestly say it's the nicest home I've been to - always welcoming and friendly staff and plenty of activities and entertainment for the residents. The residents always look well cared for and enjoy many birthday celebrations with a lovely cake made by the chef.

My mother went to stay at Coxhill Manor in May 2023. Since then she has been wonderfully cared for and her overall physical condition has improved. The medical care is outstanding, the facilities are always spotlessly clean, the schedule of activities is always interesting, the food is always appetizing and healthy and the staff are always cheerful and engaging. Everyone has been continuously helpful, supportive and caring throughout her time there.

Mum has been here two weeks, and everything and everyone has been superb. Covhill Manor couldn't have done more to make Mum feel welcome. I looked at another care home a while ago and just wanted to talk out and carry at the thought of Mum being there. Coxhill Manir has completely changed my perception of care homes and others should watch and learn. Many thanks to all for the reassurance you have given us as a family.

Coxhill Manor is an excellent Nursing Home with a very friendly and relaxed manner displayed by all the staff. There is a strong ethos of care and high standards displayed by the staff including not only the nursing and caring members but also the activities and catering folk. There is a comprehensive range of activities provided to the residents and no one is forced to attend unless they wish to. The ambiance of Coxhill Manor is one of a home rather than an 'institution'. All rooms have character and the grounds and gardens are beautiful. The management is invested and caring.
