Overall Experience
There is a lovely atmosphere in the home. There are new staff who along with current staff are very caring, supportive and have an understanding of the needs of the residents. We feel confident that if we have any concerns about the health or well being of our relatives, we can bring them to the attention of the staff knowing that they will be quickly addressed.

The new manager has an excellent understanding of the residents and their needs and has created a much improved atmosphere.

Overall Experience

Deepdene helped us when we were at our lowest point and other care homes wouldn't take Dad. Since he went there in January we have seen a marked improvement in his behaviour as the staff know how to treat him. He is always clean and well cared for. The food is lovely, all cooked on site and home is very clean. Most importantly the staff are caring and professional. We can visit when and as often as we like and have never had any serious concerns. I would highly recommend Deepdene

Overall Experience

As a family we were having difficulties finding a suitable home for my husband. We are all so happy that we found Deepdene. The home is run with great professionalism. The staff are caring. Activities are provided daily to stimulate the residents. Food is home cooked and nourishing. Residents who cannot feed themselves are fed and given drinks. The GP visits weekly. My husband is always clean and has settles well in his new home.
