The carers and nursing staff always seem to be very caring and attentive. They are friendly and helpful whenever I visit my mother.
The Nursing Home has good facilities for my mother's needs and is clean and well-presented.

I have been so impressed with the caring staff at Epsom Beaumont - At every level, when I have had a question, or needed help with Mum's care, the response has been prompt, helpful & in good spirit. In particular I am thankful for the extra effort everyone made to accommodate an 80th birthday celebration
for Mum. She had a wonderful day - all staff were so kind.

Our mum has been a resident since July 2024 and she settled in, within weeks. She is very happy and would not want to go back to her old home.
She loves getting involved with Activities. The young lady who organise all the daily activities, does really well and gets the resident involved. We are very
happy with how all the staff perform and how they are with our mum. Its actually a pleasure to visit the Home.

Very friendly staff who seemed to genuinely care & want to be engaged with both residents & visitors. Impressive building & facilities.
I don't know what the cost is so am not able to rate. Likewise, on my visit, I didn't encounter any management - I was there for a specific function.

This home is very pleasant place to stay, the staff are very kind and caring. My sister seems to be very happy with her accomodation and with the way visitors can come and go as they please. The staff are very kind especially whoever it is who arranges the entetainment. The only downside is the when

My Mum has been at Home since last July. She is so happy there. She loves the company from staff and residents, it really changed her out look on life! This is not my first review, so you can read my others.
But, would just like to add , what a smooth transition of Management there has been resently.
The general manager has been so helpful, guiding us through the Finiiacal side of having our Mother in Care.
I attended an informal Meeting in the Libary, with the general manager and the activities coordinator, and many of the residents. Ever effort was made ,in ALL areas Food, Hygine,Activties, Days out ect , to see if any improvements could be made. Every Resident was given a platform ( how ever small their imput was, 2 residents knodded off!) . A lot of new and good ideas are now planned for the future ( trip to the Coast for Fish and chips out of paper!)
I really commend ALL the staff from the general manager down to the staff member in the basement! (washing area)
I only see 100% love and care from this Team

Very sadly my mum was only resident for a few weeks but we felt at home. The carers were kind and attentive, one member of staff, in particular, stood out with his empathetic smile. The activities coordinator had amazing energy and brought light and life to the environment.

This is my first visit to the care home to see my sister. She is being exceptionally well looked after and all staff show her respect, consideration and care. They seem to have boundless patience. Due to her medical issues, my lovely sister is very demanding and this is where the skill and compassion
of the staff shine through. We are greatly impressed with the freedom family and friends have to visit and the ability to dine with her - wonderful food!

It is reassuring to see my mother being looked after with such affection, care and dignity. December saw many well-organised Christmas festivities with family members encouraged to participate in the singing, dancing and games which had the residents well-motivated. The staff are an excellent team and
my grandson, who is 12 now, thinks he is a DJ. The food served at all occasions is wonderful.

Activities - excellent, very varied, excellent coordinators. Shame there isn't a larger room to accommodate all residents and family/friends.
Some carers are very good - going above and beyond.

The care home is absolutely fabulous at caring for my nan with end stage cancer. The receptionist and admis assistant shows how dedicated and passionate she is about her role and always goes above and beyond to help. There are always activities taking place and all the staff are very helpful and kind.

Thank you to all the staff at Barchester Epsom Beaumont Care Home. Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming, always helpful and attentive, patient and caring. So many great activities, well-organised and lots of fun for residents and their families too. Comfortable rooms, lovely garden, always clean
and tidy. Great food and very nice, there is tea and cake available for visitors.

I hold a degree in Business Management and a Master's in Dementia studies. I have worked within the care sector for over 20 years, 17 of those have been in Management. I have supported a range of care needs, including dementia, complex learning disabilities and mental health.


I enjoy getting to know the residents and listening to their life stories; you can certainly learn a lot from their wisdom. I am privileged to be in a position of leading a team of heroes who go above and beyond in their everyday work to support our residents. I put quality care at the forefront of what I do, treating everybody with dignity and respect.
