The care home is absolutely fabulous at caring for my nan with end stage cancer. The receptionist and admis assistant shows how dedicated and passionate she is about her role and always goes above and beyond to help. There are always activities taking place and all the staff are very helpful and kind.

I have to emphasise that the lady on reception was both particularly sympathetic, considerate, helpful and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble and I would further say that she went above and beyond her job with particular requests concerning Dad's benefit. I would also like to thank the finance manager. She was able to help us with a flexible set-up to paying the fees once we had consulted with our financial adviser.
I look forward to my dad receiving a continuing excellent service from the care home.
Thank you for your lovely review. I will pass this on to the team at Epsom Beaumont.
They have lots of activities you can do if you are able-bodied.
Thank you for your lovely feedback. I will pass this on to the team at Epsom Beaumont.
My gran was transferred recently from Hospital having been there for 1 month following a decline in her health and mobility and receiving a terminal diagnosis which meant that sadly she was unable to go back home. I was on the hunt for a care home that would meet my nan's needs and all the family would be happy with. I decided to do a spot visit without prior warning to get a feel of Epsom Beaumont with my brother, and was greeted by the lady on reception who was friendly and caring and nothing was too much trouble. Desperate for a room at the Beaumont I did keep nagging- the management team were lovely about it, as the location and the home itself is beautifully decorated and welcoming, unlike some of the other local homes I had visited. Since arrival at the home, the manager and the staff have been very helpful. We have experienced some teething/settling-in issues with nursing and carers but otherwise, the service has been outstanding, and we would highly recommend as a care home.
Thank you for your lovely review. I will pass this on to the team at Epsom Beaumont.
Food very good.

My mum now requires a high level of care and the staff spend time and effort to reassure her and to help her to feel as safe as possible which is also reassuring and a comfort to me also.
Thank you for your lovely review. I will pass this on to the team at Epsom Beaumont.
My nan lives here and each time we come, they are all very welcoming and the staff are all friendly. The staff are very informative about nan and are happy to talk to you. Staff are very caring towards my uncle with autism, letting him play the piano and are always offering to make tea for my grandad.
Thank you for your lovely review. I will pass this on to the team at Epsom Beaumont.
My wife moved into the home six months ago and settled in very quickly. I know she's safe and well cared for which is a great weight off my mind. The staff all treat her with respect. The food is excellent. The gardens are lovely and easily accessible.
Thank you for your lovely review. I will pass this on to the team at Epsom Beaumont.

I am very happy with the care provided. My husband is very well cared for. The home has a beautiful garden which my children also love to use when we visit.
There are a lot of great activities for them all to do, which is great to hear. My husband has now settled and is very comfortable there.
The staff are all wonderful, kind and caring and make every effort to make us all feel welcome. I would indeed recommend this home.

I am very happy in my room. All the staff are kind and helpful and friendly. The garden is lovely and I enjoy walking around them. The food is tasty and wholesome.
Epsom Beaumont provides a positive and welcoming environment for both residents and visitors. There is a lovely dining room that feels like a restaurant with a varied, tasty, and nutritious menu. A well-used beautiful garden also complements this care home. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and provide a high standard of care. There is also a wide range of daily activities for residents organized by the wonderful activities team. My Mother settled well and thrives in the environment and now has been joined by my Mother-in-law. As a multi-generational family aged between two and 98, we visit regularly and my granddaughter calls it a 'caring home'. If anyone is looking for a care home in the area (after visiting lots) I would certainly recommend it.
My mother had exemplary care, for which I am very grateful. The nursing care is excellent and it is clear that everyone really cared for my mother. I would highly recommend Barchester Epsom Beaumont Care Home.
Thank you for the such lovely feedback, I will share this with my team.
My brother is being very well cared for and his pre-existing physical disabilities have been totally accepted within his care package. The atmosphere within Epsom Beaumont is always bright and cheerful and great care is taken to give an uplifting experience in the public areas.
Thank you for providing us with very positive feedback, which I will share with the team.
Mum seems to have settled well and the carers all seem very kind. The entertainment/activities coordinator is wonderful with mum and encourages her to engage in activities which helps with her dementia.
Thank you Kendra for your feedback, we will share this with the team
