My mum is so happy with the care she has received and all the staff are friendly and caring, they are always there to help. The home is first class and it's like being in a hotel.
They have lots of activities you can do if you are able-bodied.

My gran was transferred recently from Hospital having been there for 1 month following a decline in her health and mobility and receiving a terminal diagnosis which meant that sadly she was unable to go back home. I was on the hunt for a care home that would meet my nan's needs and all the family would
be happy with. I decided to do a spot visit without prior warning to get a feel of Epsom Beaumont with my brother, and was greeted by the lady on reception who was friendly and caring and nothing was too much trouble. Desperate for a room at the Beaumont I did keep nagging- the management team were lovely about it, as the location and the home itself is beautifully decorated and welcoming, unlike some of the other local homes I had visited. Since arrival at the home, the manager and the staff have been very helpful. We have experienced some teething/settling-in issues with nursing and carers but otherwise, the service has been outstanding, and we would highly recommend as a care home.

My nan lives here and each time we come, they are all very welcoming and the staff are all friendly. The staff are very informative about nan and are happy to talk to you. Staff are very caring towards my uncle with autism, letting him play the piano and are always offering to make tea for my grandad.

My wife moved into the home six months ago and settled in very quickly. I know she's safe and well cared for which is a great weight off my mind. The staff all treat her with respect. The food is excellent. The gardens are lovely and easily accessible.

My husband has been a resident since November 2022. Initially, we had a rocky start due to miscommunication and misunderstandings with the management team. This has all been resolved.
I am very happy with the care provided. My husband is very well cared for. The home has a beautiful garden which my
children also love to use when we visit.
There are a lot of great activities for them all to do, which is great to hear. My husband has now settled and is very comfortable there.
The staff are all wonderful, kind and caring and make every effort to make us all feel welcome. I would indeed recommend this home.

Epsom Beaumont provides a positive and welcoming environment for both residents and visitors. There is a lovely dining room that feels like a restaurant with a varied, tasty, and nutritious menu. A well-used beautiful garden also complements this care home. The staff are very friendly and welcoming
and provide a high standard of care. There is also a wide range of daily activities for residents organized by the wonderful activities team. My Mother settled well and thrives in the environment and now has been joined by my Mother-in-law. As a multi-generational family aged between two and 98, we visit regularly and my granddaughter calls it a 'caring home'. If anyone is looking for a care home in the area (after visiting lots) I would certainly recommend it.

My brother is being very well cared for and his pre-existing physical disabilities have been totally accepted within his care package. The atmosphere within Epsom Beaumont is always bright and cheerful and great care is taken to give an uplifting experience in the public areas.

Mum seems to have settled well and the carers all seem very kind. The entertainment/activities coordinator is wonderful with mum and encourages her to engage in activities which helps with her dementia.

The staff are all very friendly and professional, they are responsive if there is a problem. There are no complaints. My mother enjoys the food and the cakes. We enjoy spending time in the beautiful garden here.

The staff are friendly and encourage my mother to seek help, which is willingly given. Food is generally like good home cooking, though she has noticed the difference when the chef is absent. She enjoys a large room with two french windows and an ensuite shower and toilet. She walks in the home's
garden most mornings when it has shade and exercises weekly with a visiting physiotherapist. Her excellent GP has visited her at the home when needed. She enjoys conversations with other residents and their visitors. In previous months she has enjoyed organised outings to garden centres or pub lunches. When I have taken her to a garden, which is too large for her to walk around we have sometimes been able to borrow a wheelchair from the home. (Nurses and the physiotherapist advised against buying her own wheelchair too soon, lest she becomes more dependent than necessary). At present, l can visit her without restrictions, wearing a mask to pass through common rooms.
