The care and compassion shown to my mother and my family has been exceptional. All the carers, cooks, admin staff have been so helpful and empathetic. These are fantastic people working in difficult and emotionally challenging times.

My dad moved into this home due to his other home closing down, the whole move-in process was very smooth from arranging a show round, signing a contract and then able to come in and assist my dad to settle in his new home. It was all done very smoothly and feel my dad is enjoying the home, the food

Security at the front desk is excellent. The greeting from staff is friendly and they display an air of efficiency and professionalism. My grandmother is 103-years-old and is thriving in the care home. She has her grumbles about the food but they are non-specific and to be honest - she would moan if
a celebrity chef were running the kitchen. Excellent!

After my mother was diagnosed with a terminal condition that requires 24-hour care, after a period of hospital stay we had to find a nursing/care home for her and found the gem that is the Epsom Beaumont Care Home. From the start, all the staff have been wonderful in providing the needed care for my
mother. The building and the rooms are maintained to a very high standard. The chef produces wonderful food, personalised to an individual's needs. Even during the COVID pandemic the staff have managed the situation exceptionally well and have kept families fully up to date with regular newsletters and notices. We are able to visit in their specially built visitor's suite and also have organised regular Zoom calls to enable us to fully keep in touch with my mother. Activities are limited at the moment but the range of these that will be on offer when lockdown ends will be really stimulating for my mother. All in all, I would wholeheartedly recommend the Epsom Beaumont Care Home.

All staff at reception and nurses always friendly and helpful. The home is very clean and nicely furnished. My mum appears happy on visits. The food is extremely good.

Excellent constant care and support. Also important is that my husband is treated with dignity at all times. He is always clean and clothes are washed and back quickly. I always see my husband well cared for and he has improved so much.

Mum was in Epsom Beaumont for five weeks following discharge from hospital with terminal cancer. During her time there, she was well looked after by both carers and nursing team who were able to build trust with her and demonstrated genuine care, kindness and understanding. Any teething problems I had
at the beginning were listened to, noted and where possible corrected.

My mother is comfortable and as content as possible in the Jubilee Unit. She is safe and well cared for by staff who know her well and treated her with warmth and respect. I think they have coped very well with the current pandemic in keeping residents safe. The communication both from the home and

I have always had a very nice experience when I visit my husband at the Beaumont. He seems very comfortable and is well looked after. He always mentions how all the staff are very friendly to him. I also realise they are very kind to me.

Today was my first visit during Covid-19. The staff is lovely. Mum was on good form. My first impressions were:- Staff: professional, kind, attentive. Surroundings: clean, smart, and welcoming. I would give this home 10/10 on my first impression. I can not comment on the rooms (bedrooms) as I have
not seen them but the areas I have seen I am very impressed with. I have marked the areas I have knowledge about. I am happy with the care my Mum is receiving.

My mother was very well looked after, by the care team. The home has a nice homely feel and I can recommend this to anyone. She was in the home for over three years and got best care we could expect. The home is clean, organised and the team is very approachable.

My first experience of care homes was at another home. My second was here, at Epsom Beaumont. Before I arrived at Barchester, I formed a strong opinion in that I will not be staying at a nursing home. However, upon my arrival, I have had many good experiences that have completely shifted my perspective.
I love it here. I adore it. Especially amidst lockdown situations, all the staff have been absolutely brilliant.
