A beautiful home with friendly staff and lovely gardens. On entry the Covid safety is very good, the home smells very clean and residents look well looked after. Good selection of activities and outings love it there.

Mum is looked after second to none. The carers are lovely and attend to her every need. We are advised of everything and mum is very happy here.
As a family, we are happy that mum is cared for just as she would be if she was at home with us.

My mother was admitted to Beaumont Reigate from hospital after she had a fall which left her with multiple fractures. She was immediately treated with kindness and respect. The nurses and carers were attentive and the GP was excellent. She had physiotherapy and despite refusing to eat, a carer patiently
attempted and still attempts, to feed her. At 101 years of age, the outlook seemed bleak but she is progressing well and is taken in her padded wheelchair to any activities in the lounge that the carers feel she can attend and from which she might benefit. I would recommend this care home. The gardens surrounding it are beautiful and ALL the staff are happy and caring.

We have been delighted with our choice of Barchester Reigate Beaumont Care Home. Dad was discharged from hospital in the midst of the Covid pandemic, which added complexity to what is already a stressful time. The whole team at Reigate Beaumont have been fantastic, from the initial administration to
the care itself, medical support and the activities provided. Communication with us, as a family, has been exceptional. It is evident that staff want to provide the best experience for residents.

I was extremely impressed at how the staff are managing and looking after everybody during the pandemic. Staff are always friendly, the visiting pod is very clean and all staff wear PPE to protect the residents.
It is a very difficult time for everybody but the staff are so reassuring and kind to
the residents and do their utmost to ensure they have comfort and contact as much as possible. Thank you all for everything you are doing.

My brother has been at Reigate Beaumont for about 3 years. In that time, we have found the staff very caring and efficient, especially in the last year when times have been very difficult for all. The reception desk has operated as usual and is always very helpful in answering any queries or requests.
I feel unhappy that the residents have been confined to their rooms for such a long time, which has hampered any exercise and been quite depressing for them. I do understand that this may have been necessary, and the ruling came from Barchester, but nevertheless, I did notice that my brother was quite withdrawn when we were eventually allowed to visit him. I do give much praise for the organising of firstly, the marquee, and then the pod which is beautifully kitted out and lovely and warm! Half an hour goes just too quickly! My brother says that he enjoys the food and the catering staff did their bit during the summer, making the most of having special teas out in the garden.

Extremely kind and helpful staff. This has been a very difficult time with restrictions for visiting but I have been less worried because of the amazing care my dad has received. Dad has two key workers who he has got to know well which makes a big difference to him.

I cannot recommend the Beaumont highly enough. My mother received truly excellent care, and I always felt she was being well looked after at all times. I was so grateful to individual carers and managers who went out of their way to make her happy and comfortable. The food was second to none. The reception
staff were always friendly, helpful and efficient, and nothing was ever too much trouble. In these COVID times, visiting was always made as safe and easy as possible in the outside area.

If you are looking for a home from home for your loved one, I cannot praise the staff enough for their amazing empathetic kindness to my mother and stepfather whilst being here. Beautiful surroundings, modern and up to date home, comfortable, light and airy rooms, friendly faces, always someone to talk
to if you have any queries. Nothing too much trouble. Excellent all round and would 100% recommend. Activities are available in a beautiful lounge, lovely dining facilities. Dignity and respect were given at all times.

Mum moved into the Reigate Beaumont in June this year having suffered a heart attack.
I can not recommend this home more.
The care staff are so kind and thoughtful and despite my Mum saying she would never want to live in a care home she has said now that she does not want to go back to her house
as she is much happier here.
The nursing staff are diligent and knowledgable and keep a close eye on Mum.
Mum loves her food and she says that the food at Reigate is lovely which is a true testament.
I know it is difficult times and visiting mum is difficult but the staff bent over backwards to make every garden visit a happy experience.
Would like to say a huge thank you to everyone at the home.

My 84-year-old mother had been in hospital for a month before going to Reigate Beaumont and I cannot praise them enough. She has obviously been sad at not being well enough to come home but the home has managed to get her settled and happy. We have not seen her in person for over two months but with
the help of the care staff, we manage to talk through Skype. The receptionist is a lovely lady who will also try to find a solution to a problem. The nurses and care providers do a wonderful job in very difficult times and I am so grateful for their care of my mum.

I was always happy with the care that Mum was receiving at the Beaumont, but since the advent of Covid 19, it has been amazing. The staff are wonderful - always friendly and always there for her. She needs a soft food diet and the chef has gone out of his way to give her meals that she not only can
eat, but actually looks forward to. He will ask her for feedback on her meals and has also ensured that she has a well balanced healthy diet. The grounds are beautiful and in the good weather, Mum enjoys being able to sit on the terrace. Mum initially went to the Beaumont for respite and decided to stay - I am so pleased. It gives me peace of mind to know she is safe and well looked after.

My father has been happy and content at Barchester Reigate. His room is ideal (with an excellent view), he loves the garden (which is beautifully maintained) and walking in the huge garden is one of his great pleasures in life. He says the food is first-class and always plentiful. Perhaps most importantly,
the care and nursing service is generally excellent, putting our minds at rest that he is being well cared for in all respects.

From the moment you walk through the front door, there is always a welcoming feel. The nursing and caring staff are excellent. The kitchen and catering staff are extremely good. The food is beautifully presented, and there is always a wide variety on the menu each day. I couldn't ask for more in how
everyone looks after my husband's care, and nothing seems to be to much trouble; they seem to go the extra mile to help.

Beautifully maintained residence and gardens. Excellent care and attention to detail. I am continually impressed with all of the staff, both those I know directly and those who attend my Aunt.
When my Aunt (95) took up residency, she was virtually immobile, thin, depressed, confused and did not bother
too much about her personal care. Within weeks, she was moving about independently with a walking aid, enjoying her food, talking to other residents, having her hair washed and attended to and started to take an interest in what she wore.
Months down the line, she has survived Covid-19 due entirely to the standard of care and the precautions set up and carried out in the home. Aunty is enjoying the gardens now and when weather permits she sits outside, keeping social distance, for a short while every day. She tells me ‘I am very content’, and I feel quite emotional that she is where she is at this time of her life and we have made the best decision for her.

The home has a lovely feel when you enter, it feels warm and homely and the lounge and dining areas are always well looked after and presented. The staff seem caring and compassionate. My father-in-law has no complaints and has been happy since living here starting in September last year. It has
been a relief for the family to know he is being well looked after.

Impressed, at present, I am a temporary resident but having fallen off a wall and broken my right arm I am seriously thinking of becoming permanent (I will be 100 in 3 months' time). The carers here (those I've met) are wonderful, they do anything for you, the other staff (again the few I've met) again,
these remarks apply - especially to the head chef (I have to have a special lunch) - whose lunches I really look forward to.

I am committed to ensuring the residents receive the very highest standard of nursing and care, and I am passionate about developing and leading my team in a way in which they are empowered to use their skills and knowledge for the well-being of those we support. We consistently receive positive feedback from our residents, relatives and other visitors for the great care, food and other facilities we provide. We have stunning grounds which we are able to use for the benefit of the residents and the local community. I was proud to be recognised as the General Manager of the Year for Barchester's South Division, also receiving the award for Team of the Year, Garden, Chef of the Year, and many staff members also being recognised for their outstanding contribution to the home.

Meet Tony, our resident bingo caller and Garden Ambassador at Reigate Beaumont. He is excited about his role and is passionate about gardening and sharing his expertise with fellow residents and their relatives. When he’s not feeding the birds or watering the patio gardens you can find him socialising with residents or hosting our weekly bingo on a Sunday morning.

Job Title: SB Pyhsiotherapy

Celia qualified from Oxford Brookes University in 2006 with a degree in Physiotherapy (BSC Hons). After qualifying Celia completed her junior rotations at East Surrey Hospital (including: Care of the Elderly, Respiratory, Out-patients and numerous more) before taking a senior position within the Care of the Elderly Team. She then moved to Chichester Hospital Respiratory team for a year before taking up a senior role within the Acute Medical Team back at East Surrey Hospital. Celia set up SB Physiotherapy in the community in 2016 after realising the huge gap in local NHS services and the need to assist people with reaching their full potential.


Celia has a keen interest in rehabilitation of the older adult as well as maintaining function and independence in at risk population groups, such as patients with dementia and those at risk of falls.
