Mum or I only needed to highlight something and it was sorted out. The staff were unfailing kind and helpful and I saw some genuinely touching caring attitudes towards the less able residents. We are currently recruiting into the position. However, we are now providing your mother with a weekly activity programme in order for her to make a choice of what she would like to attend.
I know mum is safe, secure, cared for and loved. I have peace of mind. Dudwell deserves the highest of awards. I never have to worry about mum’s safety or her physical, emotional and mental well-being. She is cared for with the utmost quality and dignity and is utterly respected.
