The care provided by the staff at Heffle Court is excellent. They are a good well managed team, working to provide the best care for the residents.
My husband was a resident for a long time. I was always confident that he was being well cared for mentally and physically.

I would also comment on how the end of life care was so well planned. It was thoughtful and sympathetic to both my husband's needs and ours as a family.

I have always been made to feel welcome to come for a visit any time, often welcomed with a cup of tea and a biscuit and a chair found for me. Today I had a really busy morning without breakfast or lunch, and the manager brought me a coffee and a plate of pastries.

The carehome..we're the only people willing to even begin to help me and my auntie.
My auntie was at the top level of care and no other care home were willing to accept and calling her too much of a walker.. I needed someone anyone to just stop and listen and help..
I was at the end of a long list.. then she was admitted to hospital.. and further complications happened like a broken hip.
After passing on my findings to the hospital. They said no to heffle. As they were not on nhs primary lists. but over the next few months after not finding anyone to send my auntie too. They came back to me asking for heffle court details.. vlad and the team worked well with the hospital with a few false starts from NHS. But now that my auntie is here at heffle she is doing well.. she so needed the care of 24/7

Thank u heffle court.

We chose Heffle Court because we felt comfortable there and knew that Dad would feel the same in a homely environment.
The care and proficiency are reassuring, together with genuine kindness, and Dad has calmed and clearly trusts everyone there.

The journey started last year to find a safe place for Dad, and each time we visit, it confirms our choice was the correct one.

Fantastic care home. The level of care Peter received was amazing. All of the carers responded very quickly and any help required, and did so kindly and gently. From our first meeting with the manager, who is extremely helpful, kind, and very efficient, we knew Heffle Court was a very special home. We will certainly hope for Pete to return for more care at some time.

My mother was placed at Heffle Court for her end of life days. The moment we walked in, we were given the best welcome. People could not do enough for Mum and also my family. Nothing was too much, we were never rushed, and when my mother passed, we were able to take our time to say our goodbyes to her. Also, if we needed any help at any time, all we had to do was ask. Thank you so much.

My dad has been a resident of Heffle Court for 11 months now. Since our first meeting, Dad has been treated and cared for with dignity, love and respect. We have been kept well informed of any issues concerning Dad's health and mental and physical well-being. The staff caring for Dad are truly wonderful people, and Dad trusts them with his personal care. I really feel our family and the staff at Heffle are a team who want to make sure Dad has the very best care.

My mum has been a resident at Heffle Court for over three months now. Vlad and Julie went above and beyond to admit her urgently and were so helpful to me and my brother in dealing with the necessary paperwork and getting mum's belongings sorted out when she moved in. The home is exceptionally well managed and run. The staff are all so kind, thoughtful and welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble for them. Every time I visit, they update me on how Mum is and what they are doing for her. They all work well together and are highly professional, while maintaining a relaxed and happy atmosphere.

All the staff involved in making my mother's 99th birthday an enjoyable and memorable one are to be congratulated. Allowing all our family to use the recently renovated tea room was really appreciated and the decorations for the birthday tea were great.

Day room is so much more comfortable since its renovation, but the bedrooms and corridors need updating.

After a fall at home and a hospital stay, we realised it was no longer safe for mum to return to her bungalow, even with carer visits! We chose Heffle Court for her, and they were extremely helpful and understanding with moving and settling her in, back in March this year! Although at first it was difficult for her to accept the change, she is now settled and accepts everything around her! My brother and I are more than happy with all aspects of the care she receives. We are relieved to know she is in a safe environment, provided with good health meals, and has company at all times! Recently, mum celebrated her ninety-ninth birthday, and once the staff knew all the family wanted to celebrate with her, the home arranged a room (beautifully decorated and set up) by two young carers, food, drinks and cake!

Right from the moment I came to visit the home, I had an excellent reception and warm it is. Once I looked around, I knew this was the right home.
I visited my grandad 4 days after he was admitted. I was truly impressed with the friendliest staff, and that is all the staff. I was made very welcome and comfortable.

I loved the feel of the day room, where it felt relaxing, safe and very friendly. I knew we had made the right decision. Vlad went above and beyond to get him here quickly.
