Unfortunately, his time with them was cut short but even in his last hours the staff were caring, supportive and gave my dad the utmost dignity and respect. Can't thank them enough.
Nursing home is warm. Food is very good. Entertainment poor, leaves a lot to be desired, too much other work not connected with job. Some excellent staff mainstay of the home. Agency staff are not so good, English to be desired, all should be able to communicate to residents, also to carry out management instructions.

My mother was sent to Inglewood Nursing Home for end-of-life care. The whole experience for me was first-class and I am confident my mother could not have had better care. The staff were most pleasant and attentive. I wish I had known about Inglewood previously, I would have liked to transfer my mother from the home she was in.
The staff are wonderful and have been most professional towards my relative. I can't say how good the experience has been and my father has received the utmost level of care in his final days.

The staff at Inglewood Nursing Home are lovely and always very happy and polite. My aunty has been there since September but has deteriorated and can no longer look after herself. She is well cared for and always clean and comfortable.

My uncle was transferred from the hospital to Inglewood Nursing Home under palliative nursing. He was made very comfortable and provided with excellent care, including medical care by the professional team of staff. The communication from the nursing home to the family was outstanding, especially the relative's information service. My family felt very reassured and confident my uncle was in excellent hands and being cared for to the highest possible standard with dignity. I would highly recommend Inglewood Nursing Home to anybody when the time becomes necessary for a relative to go into care. I can not tell you how pleased I was with everything they did for my mum. The care and attention were outstanding from day one. Great people all the way through the home. Every time I left Mum, I felt confident that she was being looked after.

I would like to commend all of the staff at Inglewood Nursing Home. Everyone is kind, caring and concerned for my mother’s well being. Each member of the staff calls her by name, holds her hand and spends time talking to her when she’s awake as well as when she’s having a rough day. I live in America and it’s so very difficult not being able to be there with her every day but I know she is being loved and cared for. I can check on her several times a day through the web-based care notes and speak to her several times a week by phone calls. Inglewood Nursing Home is truly the best care home available.

Rani is a registered nurse who trained in Yorkshire and came to Inglewood as a nurse in 2006. She has worked her way up through clinical lead, deputy manager and has now been appointed as registered manager of the home.
