The kindness and caring approach extends to myself and other family members when we visit. The team have encouraged Mum to participate in activities and make friends and this has led to a marked improvement in her overall well-being.

Before my aunt came to Aspen Place Care Home, she was hopeless and didn't want to live. Aspen Place staff made her life brighter and better. She was in another care home prior and they kept her in her room for the whole day. Here, staff interact with residents and they will do all the activities they promise. Management is very friendly, approachable and available seven days a week. I can see my aunt improved a lot and is enjoying her time here. I cannot praise the staff enough for their hard work. Aspen Place is the jewel in the crown. They do all the excellent activities and outings and food is great and fresh.

Aspen Place has been a godsend to our family and my mother, having visited many, many care homes, I can honestly say the facilities, cleanliness, layout, activities and food/beverages are superb. The staff are always smiling, attentive and incredibly patient. The care I have seen is personalised, and the great advantage over other care homes is that staff are long-term employed and really get to know the residents, creating a much more homely and welcoming environment.
Thank you for such kind words and your 5-star review!

If you're looking for somewhere that puts the care of the residents as their top priority, then you've found it with Aspen Place. The staff are a caring, happy and friendly team who listen to my concerns or suggestions and acts on them. Communication is very good, the food and the choices are fabulous, and I can visit Mum any time I like. There are no restrictions on visiting. Just like it would be if Mum was living in her own home. The staff learns my family member's names, put on entertainment and ensures Mum is happy and cared for. Another family member of a resident said Aspen Place was a "jewel amongst care homes", I have to say, I agree.
Thank you very much for your kind words and 5-star rating.

Mum moved to Aspen Place just over 4 weeks ago, after leaving a residential home where they could no longer meet her dementia needs. To date, I cannot praise the carers and staff enough. Their patience, kindness and professionalism are exemplary. The home is well-run, clean and always welcoming. Mum's healthcare and nutritional needs are being met, as are her personal care needs. The carers and staff respect Mum's personal space but promote social interaction at every opportunity. I am kept up to date on how Mum is doing, often sending me photos to videos. Aspen Place social spaces are bright and always full of life. Thank you for making a difference to both of us.
Thank you for your wonderful, kind words and 5 Star Review.
In my opinion, Aspen Place is a very warm and amazing place. Every time I visit my mum, she is always smiling and happy. The staff in Aspen are very helpful and friendly.

The staff are very caring and dedicated to the welfare of the residents. It’s great to see how much effort is made to keep everyone healthy and happy. The home is well maintained with good facilities and lots of activities.

My experience of Aspen Place is very positive in all respects, as my experience has been that residents are well treated and cared for, the staff are polite, supportive, and always helpful.
