My mother came to this care home on 1st December 2018. To date, I have found it to be an excellent care home with dedicated carers, nurses and managers.

My mother has settled very well and thinks it's a hotel (due to her vascular dementia). She is very happy at the home.

Reply from Nazir Manji, Owner/Director at Aspen Place

Thank you for your kind words. I'm glad to hear that your mother has settled in well.

My dad has only been at this home for three weeks, quite remarkable how much he’s improved just short time he has been here my dad has MRSA. He’s just had his first test shows negative for the MRSA. We have struggled to keep it under control but this wonderful home for my dad has managed to get my dad negative position reading for MRSA.

We have struggled with it for many years. Highly recommended as we all know how hard it is to find the right place your mum or dad. The staff of exceptional here very polite and helpful.

Overall Experience

We moved mum to Greenways in February after long deliberation as to whether a move to a nursing home would be the right way forward for mum. What a find Greenways is we have nothing but praise for the staff from the Manager down, all are so friendly and welcoming nothing is too much trouble. Mum has brightened up considerably and in her own way tells us that she is 'happy and likes it here, can I stay' it is music to our ears, she is treated with compassion and dignity at all times. The staff have not allowed the continuing building work to detract from their care of all residents they carry on with lovely smiles and banter with the residents. Thank you all so much for making mums move to your lovely home so easy and stress free and the time mum has left with us will be all the more easier knowing she is loved and cared for.
