Thank you for your review, it is always a challenge to receive negative feedback, and I am sorry you have gone away feeling that the care staff are not appreciated. We strive hard to always value staff who are hard-working and dedicated and we have many ways we do this which include bonuses, well-being services and celebrating success. We have a care award event every year and have put forward a variety of staff to receive such an award from Kingsland House. As a company we always supply a factual reference for any employee. We are always happy to discuss any issues raised and take all feedback seriously as we constantly strive to build a team who feel valued and work well together. We have recently conducted a staff survey with staff and they are able to do this anonymously and we hold HR surgeries where staff can discuss issues face to face with a HR representative from head office. If you would like to discuss, I am happy to meet with you.
