Overall Experience
Mum has lived at Rustington Hall for nearly four years. It has always been good but, during this time, I have seen it get even better. The staff are amazing, friendly, kind, compassionate and hard-working. They make it that extra bit special and interact well with mum and the other residents.
The entertainment is first class and varied, and provides important mental stimulation. There are even regular exercise sessions. Unfortunately, the Covid-19 lockdown has restricted a lot of these at the moment. Not sure the residents have noticed though, as management and staff have been providing entertainment of their own, with regular themed days. VE Day, tea party, the races to name a few. By the look of the pictures on their new Facebook pages, a good time is had by all.

I recommended Rustington Hall to a friend, and their mother has lived there now for the past three years. I would not recommend to others if I was not happy for my own mum to live there.

Rustington Hall is marvellous. My mother has been there for nine months and I cannot say a bad word against it. The staff go the extra mile for the residents and the residents' families, that starts at the top all the way through. I could not wish for better care for Mum and the staff are fantastic.

Overall Experience

Although never an easy decision to make that a relative needs to have 24 hour care, we have never regretted choosing Rustington Hall for our mother to live in. All the staff always treat her with respect and she is evidently extremely well cared for, with attention to detail and a sunny disposition. She has been a resident there for a couple of years and she appears to be content and there is always a good atmosphere in the home. Visitors have been made to feel very welcome at all times. Our queries are always dealt with quickly and with courtesy. During the lockdown restrictions, the staff have been finding ways to provide entertainment and for us to keep in regular contact by video calls and by socially distant booked 'visits' from the outside at a safe distance. This has helped soften the blow of not being able to have physical contact with her. We are confident that although currently unable to see her as regularly as we would like, Mum is being well looked after at all times.
