She has had a lovely stay and I can confidently say that the care and compassion she has received at Lindfield House
If it wasn't for everybody at Linfield getting mum back on her feet, encouraging her to walk and be a little more independent, the transition back home would have been a much more complicated exercise.
Mum is thriving and with comparable care is enjoying the more active life that Linfield laid the foundations of. Thank you again.

I have proudly worked at Linfield House for many years and have been part of the Guild Care family for more than 20 years.
As a qualified Nurse with a diploma in Health and Social Care, I am passionate about making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. I truly enjoy getting to know our residents and their families, and it is a privilege to support them every day.
As Clinical Lead, I oversee the clinical team and nurses to ensure that all areas are functioning correctly in line with CQC and the NMC. I oversee medication management and conduct clinical assessments for new residents before they move into our home. A key part of my role is liaising with residents' families on their loved one's health and care plans.
I manage the Housekeeping team, and I take great pride in keeping Linfield House clean, welcoming and comfortable for everyone who lives and works here.
I have worked with Guild Care for almost 10 years, beginning my journey as a Care Assistant before progressing into my current role as Practice Development Facilitator. My role is all about supporting colleagues to deliver safe, confident and compassionate care. I spend much of my time mentoring and coaching staff on the floor, making sure everyone feels equipped and supported in their roles. I also oversee training across the home, including running practical workshops and delivering our bespoke dementia training programme, “I’m Still Me”.
I love seeing colleagues grow in confidence and knowing that the training we provide makes a real difference to the people who live at Linfield House. Working closely with our residents and their families is incredibly rewarding, and it means a lot to be part of a team that is committed to providing the very best care every single day.
I am responsible for ensuring all our residents’ records are accurate, clear and kept up to date. I stay in regular contact with residents’ families and manage any correspondence relating to their care. One of the best parts of my role is the daily interaction I have with our residents and their loved ones. Being part of the Linfield House family is something I really value.
I have worked at Linfield House for several years and have enjoyed an interesting and varied career with Guild Care for more than two decades. During this time, I have gained valuable experience across different homes and services.
