Staff always friendly and rooms very clean
Thank you for your lovely feedback, I will pass your comments on to the team.
We couldn't be more happy with Dads care as a family. He has settled in so well in a difficult health situation, as he has lovely carers/nurses & is in a lovely clean modern environment. I personally love that we can bring our family dogs in which makes the place feel even more like a home from home. Our elderly family members are able to visit daily & get to know everybody too. We enjoy the idea that Hilton treat the family with care as well as the resident. We also sometimes receive lunch if there are leftovers which keeps the whole family healthier & able to visit for longer. Thank you to the whole team.
Thank you very much for your lovely review, and kind words which mean the world to us. You and your family are always welcome, and we are glad to hear that you feel we are a home from home.
We are treated really well as parents of the patient. We would like him to stay at the Hilton for the rest of his treatment, as we want the best for him and we belive that is at the Hilton. Excellent, friendly staff. We enjoy the music played in the living room! The staff are really caring for us as visitors, nothing is too much trouble. This helps us to regularly visit & stay for longer, and spend quality time with our son.
Thank you so much for your positive feedback and kind words. It means the world to us that you and your family feel welcome here in our home. We will be sure to pass on your lovely review to all of our colleagues.
A beautiful luxurious place to stay, very happy and helpful caring staff. My father went to Hilton Park directly from hospital. The care he recieved was and is second to none, Any minor issues are resolved very quickly and favourably. Cannot fault in any way, nor can I reccomend highly enough. Perfect example of what care homes should be.

My father is a resident at Hilton Park, and I couldn't be happier with his choice. The place is peaceful, clean and truly feels like home. The community is respectful, the staff is attentive, and the entire atmosphere is warm and safe. A great place for anyone looking for comfort and quality living. Highly recommend.

My wife and I have been visiting my uncle at Hilton Park care home for approx 18 months and find it very comfortable and a caring place for my uncle to spend his last days with us.

Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Since my uncle has been a resident there has been a marked improvement and he now sits in the coffee area instead of being in his room all the time.

No radiator working in bedroom for past 3 years. Room not cleaned regularly. Staff stealing personal items, from room. Food not good. Management very aggresive and unaproachable when raising issues with them. No regular fishing activities. Taken out to a party and allowed alcohol to son. Can't find any staff regularly

I recently visited my stepmother who is a resident in King Suite. My husband and I were greeted warmly and professionally. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and there were no unpleasant odours. My stepmother was content and said she enjoyed being in the care home. Several members of staff chatted with us and we were particularly impressed with the variety of activities available, one having recently been a trip out for afternoon tea. The menu looks very good and suitable with a large choice and seems to be enjoyed by the residents. The offer of tea and coffee to visitors was much appreciated. Well done to all the staff.
Thank you for your lovely feedback, Anita. We are so pleased that your experience with Hilton Park has been a positive one. I will pass your kind comments on to the team.
I visit my dad in the care home every week and each time, have always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. There is always a smile. Any requests are followed up and resolved quickly and questions are answered promptly. The good care of my dad is obvious and he is clearly very happy and engaged by the staff and the variety and quantity of activities. Great place. Thank you.
Thank you very much for your kind words and positive feedback.
Mum has now been a resident of Barchester Hilton Park Care Home for just over five years. I am extremely pleased with the care given to her. The team there in Kings Unit, where mum is, are approachable and caring and some members of the team have been there a long time. I feel that I can talk constructively to them if I ever have any minor niggle and they will put my mind at rest. The manager at Hilton Park is also very welcoming and in my opinion, communicates promptly. They all do their best to do a good job. You can sense the welcoming atmosphere as soon as you arrive in reception. I would also like to give credit to the activities team. Although my mum wants to stay in her room nowadays, I can see the effort they put in to keep residents stimulated and their enthusiasm for what they do to entertain the residents is heartwarming.
The staff are caring, treat everyone with dignity and respect and make time for all residents.
The activities are well-led and they have a range of activities to suit all residents' needs.
It's a safe and secure home, the home is always clean, tidy and of a high standard.
The excellent meals and comfortable room were appreciated but really, it's the staff that makes the difference. We are so grateful that they gave us the reassurance that he was being well looked after in his final days.
Activities are arranged for all residents regardless of their health. Everyone is treated equally.
Pleasure to come and visit my family member and would highly recommend.

Meet the Team (14)

Hello, my name is Geanina, and I am General Manager here at Hilton Park Care Home.
I qualified as a Nurse over 14 years ago and joined Barchester as General Manager in 2017.
Caring for frail older people has always been very close to my heart, and my team are committed to ensuring that all of our residents receive the highest quality care at all times.
It is hugely rewarding to be able to support our residents and help them to lead fully enriched lives in their new homes. I cannot praise my team enough and it gives me great pleasure to help mentor and develop their nursing careers with Barchester too!
I have always believed in a very “hands-on” approach to running a home, as I feel that it is the best way to build relationships and get to thoroughly know our residents even more.
My door is always open to anyone, even if only for a cup of tea and a chat! If I can be of any help with your care enquiry, please do not hesitate to contact our home and I will do my utmost to assist you in whatever way I can.

Hello, my name is Adriana and I am the Deputy Manager at Hilton Park.
I began my career with Barchester in 2017 as a carer, throughout this time I have progressed and in 2023 I completed the CP programme. This led to me working within the home as a Care Practitioner.
I pride myself on my ability to build great relationships with our residents and relatives alike.

Hello, my name is Cati and I am the Clinical Lead at Hilton Park. I was previously the Community Manager for our Kings community.

Hello, my name is Jenelyn and I am the head of activities here at Hilton Park.
Having started my Barchester journey as a carer back in 2019, I have gained good experience working closely with our residents. After being a carer I then moved onto the Activities team and thoroughly enjoyed working as an Activities co-ordinator, which led to my promotion to Activity Lead.
Nothing makes me happier than seeing the smiles on our resident's faces.

Hello, my name is Derek and I have worked as part of the Barchester maintenance team since 2015.
With my previous years of knowledge and experience, I have been able to build a good relationship with our residents and fellow colleagues. I was absolutely thrilled when I was offered the role of Head of Maintenance.

Hello, my name is Jester and I am the Head of Housekeeping at Hilton Park.
I initially joined the company in July 2011 and worked my way up the ladder to the Head of Housekeeping by January 2016.
