Thank you for taking the time to submit your review. I' am sorry that your mum was only with us for a short time, she was a lovely lady. We would all like to express our sincere condolences to you and other family members. I had just entered the building when your mum had passed away and it was the first time we met. During our conversation, you expressed your gratitude to the staff for caring for your mum and that the nurse in charge was amazing. She would like to thank you for the card you sent her. Although this was our first meeting, we had spent time speaking to each other on the phone. We always appreciate any feedback that is provided, so that we can implement any changes to ensure our service and employees deliver an outstanding service. Our service provides Nursing and palliative care daily and I would like to ensure you that all of our staff are trained to meet the services requirements. If you would like to have a meeting to discuss your concerns further, please contact me to arrange.

I am a Registered General Nurse with a strong clinical background and a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care within the adult social care sector. Since qualifying in 2017, I have gained extensive experience in acute medicine through my work in the NHS, and have since transitioned into leadership roles in care home management.
Originally from Poland, I moved to the UK in 2009 and began my career in healthcare as a Healthcare Assistant, which gave me a strong foundation in frontline care. I later completed my nursing degree at Anglia Ruskin University, where I developed a deep understanding of holistic nursing practice and clinical leadership.
As Deputy Manager, I am committed to upholding the highest standards of clinical care, staff development, and regulatory compliance. I am particularly passionate about dignity in care, end-of-life support, and creating a positive, supportive environment for both residents and team members.
