Staff at this care home are so friendly to both residents and visitors. My father was admitted to the care home last year for end-of-life care, and he's still here, which speaks volumes about how well the residents have looked after. There's plenty for residents to do if they want; my father doesn't
participate much in activities, but that's his choice; he prefers his own company. The care home has certainly given peace of mind to both myself and my sister.

The home is always clean, and the staff very friendly, must say even the food and cakes are very good.
During the whole Covid pandemic, the staff have gone above and beyond to keep everyone safe.
I have to say the activities that the home put on are excellent, most of the residents join in and always
lots going on singing, arts and crafts, spa days and pampering sessions.

Staff seem to generally care and are helpful and seem to be happy and smile a lot, which in turn, helps the patients they are caring for. Security is very hood and helps to keep out Covid. My opinion is it is a well-run care home.

My husband has been a resident at Swan House for almost four years.
In all the time he has been there, he has always been treated with the utmost respect and dignity. The staff are so caring towards both him and myself and are like a second family.
I have told friends about the care, and quite a
few people I know have been cared for both in the past and the present.
I would willingly recommend Swan House without hesitation.

I have had my mother living with me for the past ten years. Her general health declined over the preceding two years. Finally, after a fall when she broke her right wrist, it was obvious I could no longer take care of her. She was admitted into Swan House in May; her care has been first class. All of
