We had a review for our mother with a staff member and was quite a reassuring assessment of what the home provides and in the support plan. It was a very thorough review of our mother's current care needs and future needs.

My mother recently passed away in Swan House, where she had been a resident for 9 1/2 weeks.
I cannot praise the staff and management enough. My mother experienced a difficult time during her stay due to her deteriorating health, and I felt reassured and very grateful for the support and care she received throughout. The care staff were wonderful, and nothing was too much trouble. The nursing staff were also amazing and were very open and transparent with me about all aspects of my mum's ongoing care and health needs.

I consider losing my mum the hardest experience, and I was so grateful she was at Swan House, where they not only gave her the best care but consistently supported me.

My father moved into Swan House a few months ago and has settled in very well. The staff and management team have made him feel very safe and welcome and provide an impressive and reassuring level of care. It's never easy when a parent moves into a care home, but the team at Swan House have been very helpful and supportive.

Swan House Care Home is very welcoming. The staff are so lovely and caring, which has made my mum settle in really quickly. On arrival at Swan House, we were all a little anxious for Mum, but after meeting and talking to staff and seeing how they are with her has made us very happy. Staff at this care home are so friendly to both residents and visitors. My father was admitted to the care home last year for end-of-life care, and he's still here, which speaks volumes about how well the residents have looked after. There's plenty for residents to do if they want; my father doesn't participate much in activities, but that's his choice; he prefers his own company. The care home has certainly given peace of mind to both myself and my sister.

The home is always clean, and the staff very friendly, must say even the food and cakes are very good.
During the whole Covid pandemic, the staff have gone above and beyond to keep everyone safe.

I have to say the activities that the home put on are excellent, most of the residents join in and always lots going on singing, arts and crafts, spa days and pampering sessions.
