From the start when myself and daughter were shown around the home until Graeme's death I have nothing but the manager, every single person treated Graeme and my family with the utmost respect and kindness. All staff were warm, welcoming, friendly and fully aware of Graeme's prognosis and care requirements. As a family we felt fully included in planning his end of life care. The home environment is maintained to a high standard, good personal care for residents is priority as is the cleanliness of individual rooms.
