Hello, my name is Adina and I have been serving as the Manager at Dussindale Park Nursing Home for the past six years.

I’m Clorinda Bushby, and I’ve been working at Dussindale since 2015. Over the years, I’ve taken great pride in helping create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors. As a Housekeeper, I believe that the little details make a big difference, and I’m committed to keeping our spaces looking their best every day. My role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and care throughout the building. Whether I’m preparing rooms, managing supplies, or supporting the team with day-to-day tasks, I always aim to bring reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to my work. I enjoy knowing that my work helps create a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere for both staff and visitors. Rebecca Adams and I’ve been part of Dussindale since 2013. Over the years, I’ve watched our organisation grow and evolve, and I’m proud to have played a role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. As an Administrator, I’m dedicated to creating structure, clarity, and a welcoming experience for both our team and our clients. My work focuses on organisation, communication, and making sure the details are always taken care of. From managing paperwork and coordinating schedules to supporting staff and helping customers, I enjoy being the person who keeps things flowing. I take pride in staying organised, staying approachable, and making sure everyone has what they need to do their best work. I ’ve always believed that great administration is the backbone of any successful business. I’m Tina Cojita, and I’ve been proud to be part of Dussindale since 2019. Over the years, I’ve grown with the company, taking on new challenges and supporting our team as Deputy Manager. I’m passionate about creating a positive, organised, and forward-thinking environment where both colleagues and customers feel valued. My role allows me to support daily operations while helping shape the bigger picture. I enjoy working closely with the team, solving problems with a calm and practical approach, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Whether I’m coordinating tasks, supporting staff, or stepping in for management, I always aim to bring clarity, consistency, and a friendly attitude to the workplace.
